There is said to be some backstage frustration over the lack of hype given to the Angle/Flair match. While most champion the idea that surprises - such as Hulk Hogan's return - can provide for long-term ratings boosts, the feeling is that WWE definitely should have done a better job with promotion for this encounter.
Sources within are hopeful that TNA can announce some sort of deal with Spike TV in the coming days. Although a setback would hardly be surprising, there is definitely a sense of optimism over the number two US wrestling promotion getting a Saturday night slot on Spike.
