• As this reporter broke a while back, CM Punk opted to work his final indy dates with Full Impact Pro this weekend and not NWA Cyberspace, as originally scheduled.
  
  
• Trish Stratus' WWE return is said to be imminent.
  
  
• ROH's Gabe Sapolsky expressed much pleasure over Samoa Joe's TNA debut. He told the PWTorch Newsletter, "I thought that Samoa Joe's TNA debut was perfectly booked and then perfectly executed by Joe and Sonjay Dutt. It was the perfect introduction of Joe to a new product and I'm sure TNA will do some great business with him and they really have people hungry to see more of him. It was very nice of them to mention ROH and Joe's history in ROH and I'm glad they could use it to give Joe some accolades in his debut."
