Backstage Notes From The TNA Impact Tapings

• Tito Ortiz was not at the TNA tapings tonight, but Dusty Rhodes announced that he'll be the special referee at TNA's May PPV "Hard Justice" for the Jeff Jarrett vs. A.J. Styles match.
  
  
• Kevin Nash was not at the Impact tapings tonight as he is going to China to film a movie. He will be gone for two months and it looks like him be written out of storylines until at least the summer.
  
  
• Sean Waltman was backstage tonight, but he did not wrestle.
  
  
• A.J. Styles didn't wrestle at the tapings, he just cut promos for his PPV match next month.
  
  
• Hacksaw Jim Duggan and Mideon were backstage at the tapings, but didn't appear on camera. They are both from the area and they were just visiting friends.
  
  
• Dusty Rhodes is still in control as head TNA booker.
