IWC's 4th Annual Super Indy Weekend This Friday & Saturday!

  The International Wrestling Cartel returns to action this upcoming weekend with two blockbuster events, including the biggest date on the IWC calendar year: The 4th annual Super Indy Title Tournament!
  
  IWC action will be live at the Palisades in McKeesport, 501 Water Street with an 8 p.m. belltime, as the International Wrestling Cartel presents “Super Indy 4” a one-night 8-man tournament that has already established itself as one of the premier events in independent professional wrestling. It’s the even that helped establish names like Super Hentai, Colt Cabana, and Chris Sabin as break-out stars and this year one more competitor will add his name to that list and not only win the tournament, but the coveted Super Indy Title as well.
  
  First round matches have already been announced:
  
  LOW-KI vs. “The New Face” JASON GORY: Low-ki returns to IWC after a 3 year absence and fresh off of various high-profile tours of Japan to face a rival he’s never seen before: The breathtaking 18-year-old prodigy Jason Gory. Gory has amazed fans with a visually amazing offensive arsenal beyond his years, but will his lightning-fast speed be enough to counter-act the vicious strikes of Low-ki?
  
  “The Notorious 187” HOMICIDE vs. “Virgin Slayer” SHIIMA XION: Another situation of an established star stepping into the ring with a young rookie dead-set on proving himself to a widespread audience. Homicide has the experience and the accolades, but Xion has an abundant amount of condidence, and his associate “The Prophet of Profit” CHRIS MAVERICK at ringside.
  
  “Fabulous” JOHN McCHESNEY vs. CM PUNK: After several appearances on TNA Xplosion & Impact in 2004, as well as becoming the first man to pin Chris Sabin in an IWC ring, McChesney has been pegged as indy wrestling’s next break-out star. McChesney has made it clear he desperately wants to be where men like Styles & Daniels are today, and one major step to reaching that plateau would be the Super Indy Title. However, CM Punk, fresh off an appearance on WWE television, is out to prove himself as well.
  
  “Wonderman” GLENN SPECTRE vs. “Fallen Angel” CHRISTOPHER DANIELS: As reigning TNA X Division Champion, The Fallen Angel has a chip on his shoulder. He’s stated many times that he is above the Super Indy Tournament. However, if he lets his guard down, Glenn Spectre, not only a master of mind games but an accomplished tacticion and international star as well, will capitalize on it.
  
  Non-tournament action:
  
  All three championships will be on the line: The original MIDNIGHT EXPRESS, “Beautiful” Bobby & “Loverboy” Dennis take on SOUTHERN COMFORT, Tracy Smothers & Chris Hamrick! Plus “Madman” SHIRLEY DOE defends the coveted internationally-recognized IWC Heavyweight Title, and STERLING JAMES KEENAN defends the Super Indy Title one final time before it’s relinquished for the tournament, a tournament Sterling refused to compete in!
  
  Also, don’t forget to join us on Saturday, April 30 in Uniontown, PA; 142 West Main Street, as IWC presents “Showdown in U-Town 2: The Aftermath” witness all the fall-out from Super Indy 4, with these matches already confirmed:
  
  “Madman” SHIRLEY DOE vs TRACY SMOTHERS: These two men have had two hard-fought battles for the IWC Championship in recent weeks, and if Doe escapes Super Indy 4 with the title, this will be another championship encounter! Tracy has come so close to capturing the belt, will this finally be his night?
  
  LOW-KI vs. CM PUNK: Three years ago in Uniontown, PA, the night after the first ever Super Indy Tournament, Low Ki met CM Punk in one of the most talked-about matches in IWC history. Now, the night after Super Indy 4, same location, same competitors, what will the outcome be this time?
  
  
  “Big Daddy of Destruction” J-ROCC & “Balls Hot” TROY LORDS vs THE GAMBINO BROTHES MOVING COMPANY: A rivalry that has escalated in recent weeks has produced some of the most exciting tag team encounters in recent memory. Now, these four hungry competitors step into the ring one more time in a match with major implications on the tag team division!
  
  
  "DeeeLicious (All Right!)" JIMMY DEMARCO vs. “Mastermind” JAKE GARRETT: Jake Garrett has been incensed over being left out of IWC events since recovering from back surgery he underwent last year. As a result, Garrett has targeted Jimmy DeMarco, cousin to the Gambino Brothers, who Garrett feels stole his spot on the IWC roster. Garrett has attacked DeMarco on 4 separate occasions but now they finally meet in a sanctioned match.
  
  DEAN RADFORD vs SEBASTIAN DARK: A brawl that ended in a double-countout several weeks ago now has even more incentive to lose control, as Dean was one of the many members of the IWC locker room swerved by Dark & Super Hentai when Hentai feigned a career-ending injury, milking sympathy from the entire promotion, before eventually aligning with his supposed rival Dark.
  
  
  PLUS: THE MIDNIGHT EXPRESS will be in attendance, and WILL defend the IWC Tag Team Titles if they walk out of Super Indy 4 still champions! AND: In a special challenge match, two students of the Ring of Honor training school will meet one-on-one as DAVEY ANDREWS takes on MATT TURNER!
