Hello and welcome to the latest NSWA Report! The guys from the New South put on another show, despite troubles from the Louisiana Wrestling and Boxing Commission. Since I was unable to attend, the NSWA's Chris has provided the following results:

NSWA House Party March 19 - Big Irish Brawl

Sassy Vegas opened the show with an interview revealing that Dirty Sanchez's T-Cell count has dropped too low for him to be healthy enough to compete in the NSWA and that he has herpes, but that the "Commission" (wink-wink) has a little known by-law that allows the member of a championship tag team to be replaced by another member if the titles are held by members of a faction. This is known as the "Freebird Clause." Therefore, Sassy Vegas and Mikey "Manwich" Mustanich are the NSWA Tag Team champions.

Scott Starr defeated Mikey "Manwich" Mustanich to qualify for the Big Irish Brawl.

Rooftop defeated Senior Freedom to qualify for the Big Irish Brawl.

Bones beat Phug-Li to qualify for the Big Irish Brawl.

Joey Homegrown beat El Gallo Con Queso to advance to the Big Irish Brawl.

Kory interviewed the crippled dude (Danny Trent) in the front row during intermission. I guess it was supposed to be a funny interview, but it came off really awkward and uncomfortable... Just my opinion.

Scott Starr beat Rooftop to win the Big Irish Brawl after Bones and Joey Homegrown were eliminated. By virtue of his win, Scott Starr earned the right to face NSWA champion Sassy Vegas whenever he wanted...

Sassy Vegas hit the ring, immediately attacking Scott Starr. Sassy grabbed the mic, screaming, "if he wants a title match, he can have it right now!" Scott agreed, and the bell was rung, to start an impromptu title defense. Sassy was vicious in his attack, relentlessly pounding on the leg of the drained Starr, but Sassy couldn't put Starr away. Sassy attempted a figure-four, but Starr reversed to a small package for a very close 2. Sassy then picked up Starr for a slam, but Starr rolled through and hooked the leg for a 3 count, winning the NSWA Championship.

The show closed with a promo for the next New Orleans show, which is April 23's "Shoots & Ladders"

Well, that's it for the NSWA Report. On April 2, they will be heading to Summit, MS to hold a tournament to crown the NSWA Mississippi Champion! Please send an and all feedback to Jaba4017@aol.com . Thanks for reading, and be sure to check out THE VELOCITY REPORT!
