Results of the SD! houseshow from Jackson, MS sent in by LOP's R. Jeremy.

    Match 1
    Kurt Angle v. Booker T

Very slow paced match that saw Angle win with a roll up after Booker was distracted by Heidenreich.

    Match 2
    Bobby Flashley v. Akio

Bobby Flashley is the spitting image of Monty Brown. If you told me that it was Monty Brown I would believe you. Bobby actually moved very well for a big man. He did all the big man moves and won with a running powerslam.

    Match 3
Johnny Nitro and Joey Matthews w/ Melina v. Scotty 2 Hotty and Funaki

Believe me when I tell you that Melina is Smokin' hot. She wore a skirt that only covered 3/4 of her ass. J & J or MNM as some have called them looked really good. They were both very crisp in the ring. One thing though; Joey Matthews looks like he stands about 5'4. Heres another thing. As much as many of us dog Scotty 2 Hotty, he can really pop a live crowd. The worm got one of the biggest pops of the night.

The match ends as S2H has Matthews in a small package, Melina distracts the ref while Nitro rolls Mathews on top of Scotty.

Next was the Diva swimsuit contest. The contestants were Miss Jackie, Michelle McCool, Lauren Jones, and Torrie Wilson. Torrie was over huge with the Jackson crowd.

Miss Jackie was first and she looked hot as hell. The next two girls were nothing special. Then as Torrie was about to disrobe, she was interupted by Heidenreich.

Heidenreich chased all the divas and ring announcer Tony Chimmel around the ring. Funny moment as Chimmel was running like he was gay (intentially). This prompted Charlie Haas to come to the ring for the next match.

    Match 4
    Heidenreich v. Charlie Haas

Aweful match. TV actually does wonders for Heidenreich. It makes him look much better in the ring. Haas looks like a million bucks but has no personality. The crowd chanted for Charlie a few times. If he had only mounted a comeback it would have been good. Instead we got about 10 minutes of Heidenreich squashing Haas.

    Match 5
Bashams v. Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero for the tag titles

Match took about 5 minutes to begin. both teams kept tagging in their partners before they locked up with each other. Pretty good match, but much like Angle v. Booker, the pacing was very slow. It was a very low imact match that ended with Eddie rolling up Doug Basham while holding on to the ropes.

After the Match Rey hit a double 619 on the bashams. Also of note was that Rey and Eddie entered in a low rider.

    Match 6
Billed as a USA v. France match
    Mark Jindrak v. Renee Dupree

As Larry Zbyzko would say, a match is only three seconds away from being over. This match was over as soon as the bell rang. Jindrak hit Dupree with his left hook then made the cover.

    Match 7
    Paul London v. Spike Dudley

Match satarted good but about two minutes into the match Lpondon went down with what appeared to be a legit leg injury. He did end up getting back up long enough to pin Spike with a backslide. Again, this match lasted about two minutes and saw zero arial moves and zero signature moves from either wrestler.

    Match 8
    Main Event
Big Show and John Cena v. JBL and Orlando Jordan.

This match lasted about 30 seconds. Cena pinned JBL after he was chokeslammed by the Big Show.

JBL gets on the mic. He tells Cena that if it weren't for Big Show Cena would have gotten his ass kicked. JBL says he still wants to kick Cena's ass but because of the stipulation, he can't touch Cena and Cena can't touch JBL. unless they are in a match together. Just as JBL is about to leave. Theodore Long makes his way to the ring.

TRL says that if JBL wants a match with John Cena then he can do that. However,he can't make it a title match because he has to save his Wrestlemania main event. TRL then asks Big Show for a favor...to keep Jordan and the Bashams away from the ring. Big Show chases the Cabinet to the back.

    Match 9
JBL v. John Cena - non title match.

Mostly brawling in and outside of the ring. Back and forth action. Both me hit all their signature moves. Cena wins with the FU. Match lasted about 15 minutes.

After ther match Cena leaves back to the dressing room. JBL still lying in the ring gets on the mic. He tells everyone in Jackson not to worry. He had a bad night. Wrestlemania will be better for him. He then tells all of his fans in Jackson, MS that even if it takes all night he will stay in the parking lot as long as it takes for all the fans in the arena to kiss his ass.

This prompts cena to come back to the ring and give JBL another FU. JBL goes back to the back. Cena proceeds to exit the ring though the crowd. He shakes hands and signs autographs for tons of fans. He literally walked through the arena like you or I would when looking for our seats. He was mobbed by the crowd but seemed to love it.

All in all it was a very good show. The card was awesome, but like I said, the wrestling was very low impact and very slow-paced. Crowd was hot all night. Attendance was close to 10,000.
