• Despite originally advertising Batista versus Benoit for the main-event of the Springfield House Show, WWE modified the card to fit the face turn and ran Batista/Orton vs. HHH/Flair and Benoit vs. Jericho.
  
  
• Even though media claims state that WWE's failure to renew The Rock's contract was the result of 'administrative oversight,' the feeling is that there was definitely more at play than an incompetent front office clerk. Various insider sources feel WWE's claims that it was all 'an accident' are not only at least partially false, but also mar the professional image of WWE - a top company would not allow such an accident to take place.
