-- Although there is indeed trouble between The Rock and Vince McMahon, stemming from the fact that McMahon has not made much effort to push for a contract renewal with the wrestler-turned-movie star, there are conflicting reports as to the severity. Some suggest Rock won't wrestle at WM21, while others state it is not too big a deal and will be resolved.
-- In what has to be good news for WWE, the New Year's Revolution PPV scored a preliminary buyrate of 270,000. That is one of the largest numbers WWE has done for a single-brand PPV in recent memory and proves the Elimination Chamber is still a draw. Being that it was a one-match show, all of those 270,000 buys come from people who believe $34.95 was a fair price for the main-event.
