World Wrestling Entertainment has signed female indy wrestler/valet Angel Williams to a development contract. She's a young blonde Canadian female who has been on the wrestling scene for the past two or three years or so.
Williams appeared on a TNA PPV back in June in a singles match against Trinity in which she lost. If you've ever seen the backstage photos on TNA's official website, tnawrestling.com, she the blonde girl with braids that was shown backstage several times in the first half of 2004, but unfortunately, could never seem to land a role with the company. Angel also worked several independent shows in the Mid-West and near Canada not to mention a Ring Of Honor show last month as a valet.
