Who will wrestle in the barbed wire cage?, ECW PPV confirmed

• According to PWInsider, the ECW PPV has been set for 6/5/05 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York, where ECW ran some of its final shows. It is not known whether the show will feature only ECW wrestlers with WWE, other ECW stars, or simply be a WWE event with the "ECW" name. In any event, the feeling is that if Paul Heyman and Tommy Dreamer are not involved in the show, its success will already be curbed.
  
  
• As reported, the plan at No Way Out is for a Barbed Wire Cage Match at the upcoming SmackDown! No Way Out PPV on 2/20.
  
  At last word from WrestlingObserver.com, WWE was set to have Big Show vs. JBL in the cage, although there was talk that a name or two might be added to boost the appeal of the match. In any event, it should be interesting to see if and how WWE pulls off the 'extreme' new match.
