Huge update to story regarding WWE harassment

Despite charges by Dana Mixx, fans who were present in the Alabama Hooters claim that there is nothing to the assertion that Jericho, Batista and Flair physically and verbally harassed the accuser. In fact, Dave Batista was reportedly not even present in the restaurant.
Apparently, Mixx challenged Chris Jericho to an arm wrestling match and lost. Due to his loss, he handed over his cowboy hat - Jericho did not steal the hat from Mixx. Even though Jericho was given the hat, he later handed it back to the fan. According to a WWE employee, there was no foulplay on any WWE worker's part.
It has also come to light that the wrestlers in the restaurant spent about an hour signing autographs and taking pictures with fans. Mixx was among the fans who got to meet with the wrestlers, so it is rather surprising that he is claiming he was harassed.
