Monday Night RAW rating, new DVD release, WWE hiring, and more

-The latest edition of Monday Night RAW did a 3.8 rating. That is down, very slightly, from last week's 3.9 rating. However, Nielson Ratings are based off of a statistical sampling of televisions throughout the nation, so a 3.8 rating could be the same as a 3.9 in terms of statistical significance.

The WWE has stayed steady since the RAW after Survivor Series (November 15th) with a 3.8 or a 3.9 rating every week. That's good news for the WWE, as that Pay Per View event has helped draw in and keep some viewers.

-Sometime next year, the WWE will be re-releasing the "Best of the Intercontinental Title" on DVD. The old VHS version of this video had matches such as Shawn Michaels vs. Crush, Bret Hart vs. Skinner, HBK vs. Marty Jennetty, HBK vs. Curt Hennig, and HBK vs. "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan. No official release date has been given yet.

-On Hotjobs.com, the WWE is advertised as hiring for a "writing team assistant". You can view the job description for yourself by Clicking Here or going to Hotjobs.com and using keyword "WWE". Members of the WWE creative team change frequently, and this ad could represent that fact.
