Update on Tough Enough; Is it fixed?

As was the case with the Diva Search, there's a rumor going around that WWE is fixing the Tough Enough competition; the rumor stems from a disclaimer that claims WWE can choose to override the user vote pending certain circumstances.

While this reporter cannot go on the record and verify that WWE is being completely honest about Tough Enough voting, it should be noted that the disclaimer in question is standard reality show practice and does not automatically indicate a "fix" on WWE's end. The disclaimer is placed there to protect WWE. For instance, if a contestant were to get arrested, yet did not receive the lowest votes, WWE would want to have the freedom to eliminate the contestant. The same goes for a contestant who got votes due to "power" measures that artificially inflated his vote total.

Again, there are many technical issues in which WWE would need to change voting procedures; the disclaimer simply does not imply a fix. Additionally, WWE would obviously have to notify voters of the change in rules, as well as the contestants.
