  IWF's Roman & Sampson on WWE SmackDown! Thursday, November 25: Hired by Kurt Angle to Protect Olympic Gold Medal
  
  (Rochester, NY)- Independent Wrestling Federation stars Roman and BoneCrusher Fred Sampson appeared on WWE SmackDown! this Thursday (Thanksgiving Night), November 25, 2004, on UPN.
  
  They were hired as "police security" by former WWE Champion Kurt Angle to protect his Olympic Gold Medal.
  
  Roman is the current three-time IWF Heavyweight Champion, 2003 and 2002 IWF Tournament of Champions winner, and 2000 graduate of the Camp IWF Pro Wrestling Training School in West Paterson, NJ. Sampson is a former IWF Heavyweight Champion, 2004 and 2003 IWF Commissioner's Cup Tag Tournament winner, and 2003 Camp IWF graduate.
  
  Both Roman and Sampson, along with other IWF wresters and graduates, appear regularly at WWE Raw and SmackDown TV tapings held in the Northeast. Recently, Roman, Sampson, Kevin Knight, Travis Blake, Aaron Stride, Shawn Donavan, Hadrian and Brandon Young performed in various roles on Raw, SmackDown, Heat, Velocity, Confidential, Survivor Series "Football" commercial, Raw "Escape the Rules" commercial, The Undertaker's druids in WrestleMania XX, Kenzo Suzuki's ninja's, and Eric Bischoff and Evolution's security.
