• The story involving the attempted burglary of Jerry Lawler's house and the corrupt Memphis cops has been picked up and has been made huge by the local media in the area.
  
  
• The attempted robbery was one of the charges from a variety that the officers were arrested on.
  
  
• The local NBC affiliate, WMC.com, interviewed Lawler, who was obviously shocked by the whole situation.
  
  
• Seems the whole story has a few twist and turns, with the Observer reporting that April Veach was involved in the alleged conspiracy to rob Lawler's home. To make matters even stranger, Veach is Lawler's ex-girlfriend, but is now dating one of the officers who has been arrested.
