WWE Notes: new trademarks, big ECW storyline, and more

• The following trademarks have recently been registered by WWE: Khasrow Daivari, Jesus Aguilera, Muhammed Hassan, The Marine, Eye Scream Man and Randy Wear.
  
  
• A big story on ECW is set to be featured in the December issue of Smackdown Magazine. The story will on ECW will include comments from Paul Heyman on the promotion as well as current WWE superstars that used to work for ECW.
  
  
• Brian Calucci's website (http://www.spartanswinger.uni.cc/) noted that he has signed a WWE developmental deal and will be heading to Ohio Valley Wrestling as soon as he is medically cleared to return to the ring from the injuries he occurred during the Tough Enough tryouts in California.
