Shawn Michaels as expected is set to take a hiatus from WWE this week when he undergoes surgery for his knee injury.
There is no set time on how long HBK will be out of action, but the surgeons will need to open up his knee to find out the extent of the injury and what type of surgery will be needed.
Michaels has suffered a meniscus tear and it could be found that the tear is not at all serious or on the other end of the scale, it could be, and HBK could be required to take months off.
It's impossible to tell right now but we will keep you updated.
