The Wrestling Observer Newsletter states that Kane's contract is nowhere near expiring and that he will remain with the company for the foreseeable future. When asked about the situation, Kane said that he didn't have a problem with his contract, or the company. Kane is still scheduled to head over to Australia pretty soon as he is filming a WWE produced horror movie.
Kane has profited from WWE over the past few years, making millions of dollars, and is currently in the process of building a huge new house. Apparently, nobody within the company took notice to the speculation that Kane may be leaving WWE and simply took them as rumors.
