WWE Notes: Christy Hemme photos, bad news for Smackdown, more

• Bubba Ray Dudley was unable to work any weekend house shows due to the impact hurricane Jeanne had on Florida.
  
  
• The highest rated segment on Monday's Raw was 3.8, which happened to be the overrun. 3.3 was the lowest rated segment and occured between 10:15-10.30.
  
  
• Smackdown this week will be preempted in New York. UPN 9 have decided to air the presidential debate instead. The show will instead air at 8 p.m. on Saturday. Not good news for WWE whatsoever, considering New York is their largest market and the Smackdown production PPV, No Mercy, is this Sunday.
