"Misfit" Jorge Castano started his 2004 year of RBW appearances on a low note, suffering losses to both Sammy Ray and James Mason. Additionally Castano was defeated in a British Middleweight Championship contest by Johnny Kidd.
Bouncing back at the end of March, Castano defeated Ethan Hayze in his debut match, before falling to another loss to Johnny Kidd a week afterwards.
The month of May proved to be the best month for Castano. In Hitchin, Hertfordshire he finally defeated Johnny Kidd on his third attempt, and became the British Middleweight Champion. Three days later in Wolverhampton, Castano defended his new Championship successfully against Jack Hazard.
Since then, Castano has defended his Championship against all challengers, and remains today as one of the best wrestlers in RBW, which could lead him to success in this tournament.
