WWE looking to sign Olympic Gold medalist to contract

• In a move that could end Kurt Angle's claim as WWE's only roster member to win a gold medal in Olympic wrestling, WWE has reportedly reached out to Karam Ibrahim about signing a deal with the company.
  
  The wrestler, who scored Egypt its first gold medal since 1948, told the Associated Foreign Press that WWE had approached him about a contract.
  
  On numerous occasions, WWE officials and wrestlers have noted that they would like to see more world-class "wrestlers" join their talent roster. Although Ibrahim won his gold medal for Greco-Roman wrestling and not freestyle like Kurt Angle, his presence would certainly be beneficial to WWE's roster.
