As I reported earlier, Chavo Guerrero was injured at last night's Smackdown tapings after being on the recieving end of a Billy Kidman Shooting Star Press.
To update, Guerrero was out cold for a few minutes and suffered a concussion. As a result, he was taken to hospital where he was held for overnight observation.
He has since been released, but it was a very scary situation to say the least. Jamie Noble was very shaken by the incident and Stephanie McMahon and John Laurinaitis came out from the backstage area when the incident occured.
