CWF MID-ATLANTIC TV TAPING ON JULY 31ST IN BURLINGTON, NC - 1ST
ANNUAL JOHNNY WEAVER CUP TOURNAMENT CONTINUES!

CWF Mid-Atlantic returns to the Carolina Sports Arena in Burlington,
NC this Saturday, July 31st, with a 7:30pm belltime. This is a full
card of great action taped for the weekly TV program!

WEAVER CUP ACTION - The evening will be highlighted with action from
the 1st Annual Johnny Weaver Cup Tournament bouts. So far the
Dynasty's Brad Attitude, J-Money, and Jesse Ortega have advanced to
the quarterfinals with victories in their first round bouts. Also
advancing to the quarterfinals was Quinson Valentino in the Toronto
    bracket of the tournament.

This week will see Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion Ric Converse,
former heavyweight champion "Dangerous E" Corey Edsel, Mid-Atlantic
Tag Team Champions American Steel Ninja & Brass Munkey, former TV
Champion Xsiris, and Sean Powers compete in their first round bouts.

TV TITLE BOUT - Fresh off his first title defense of the Mid-
Atlantic TV Championship, Mikael Yamaha will have to place the title
on the line this week. As is the new tradition of selecting the
challenger from random, Yamaha could end up facing almost anyone
from this week's "J.D.'s Fitness Center Top 10" drawing. Yamaha
will have the much hated manager Brad Stutts at his side.

WHO'S IN THE HOT SEAT - In the last "Hot Seat" interview, Gemini Kid
was jumped by Yamaha and had his jacket literally ripped off his
body. Gemini vowed that he would get his retribution against
Yamaha. This week Gemini Kid is rumored to have a very special
guest that is going to exact his revenge. This is one surprise that
the fans are going to enjoy... and Yamaha may regret!

WOMEN'S TAG MATCH - Also a special challenge match is in the works
for Saturday night. Amber O'Neal returned to action just a few
short weeks ago from knee surgery after a year on the sidelines.
Her victory over Brandi Wine had the fans in the Sports Arena going
wild as Brandi Wine has now sided with Yamaha and vowed to put Amber
back on the shelf. This week Brandi Wine has issued a challenge to
Amber O'Neal to face her in the ring in a women's tag team bout!
Brandi Wine & "Special K" Krissy Vaine, the person that claims to
have actually crippled Amber and originally put her on the shelf,
will team up! And this time Brandi Wine has stated she will get rid
of Amber once and for all!!!

All this and much more!!! You won't want to miss it!!!

Heavyweight Title on August 21st in Savannah, Georgia. The reigning
champion will then defend the title in Greenville, South Carolina
