There has been a lot of talk in the SmackDown! locker room on the recent down spiraling push of Rob Van Dam. As most fans know, the former IC Champ has been booked on Velocity for two weeks straight. This made some industry sources think that he had not signed his new deal with WWE, however, it has been confirmed that he has.
However, with SummerSlam just a few weeks away this is not a good sign for RVD as spots for the show are already going to be difficult to get considering that it is a co-branded show. I’m sure that RVD is less then happy about this as we will keep you updated if we receive anymore details regarding the situation.
