  - WWE® Judges Triple H®, Randy Orton(TM), Edge® and Chris Jericho® Narrowed the Field of 28 Contestants to Ten During Live Network Broadcast on Spike TV
  
  - The Next WWE Diva(TM) Ultimately to be Chosen by the Millions of Fans Worldwide
  
  Who will be the next glamorous face of World Wrestling Entertainment®? Out of the thousands of women around the world who tried, only ten have what it takes to compete for $250,000 and the title of the newest WWE DIVA.
  
  The field of 28 contestants was trimmed down to ten during Spike TV's live network broadcast at New York City's Beacon Theater on Thursday, July 15. The judges who made these extremely difficult decisions were none other than WWE superstars Triple H, Randy Orton, Edge and Chris Jericho.
  
  Starting this Monday, July 19, the ten finalists will appear exclusively on RAW® and perform several special assignments. WWE fans will vote to eliminate one contestant each week until only one is left. On September 13, there will be three remaining finalists. One is eliminated in the first hour of the show, and then the winner is declared in the second hour. The new RAW Diva receives a one-year WWE contract and $250,000.
  
  The competition between these 10 women is going to be fierce, as their backgrounds have made them what they are today. The list of potential Divas varies from a 2004 Playboy Playmate of the Year (Carmella DeCesare) to a set of Twins (Chandra & Julia Costello) from "The Man Show" to a singer (Amy Weber) from "Son of a Beach", and a host (Camille Anderson) from the ever popular E! "Wild On" show. Despite their various ages and backgrounds, they all have one thing in common; it is their dream to be a WWE Diva.
  
  Open casting calls were held in Los Angeles, NYC, and Chicago in June and July to narrow the field down from thousands to ten women.
