NWA TNA Impact Results 7-2-04

They show "The World's Most Dangerous Man" Ken Shamrock in the parking lot.
The opening video plays and the show starts out.
Match #1 - Primetime vs. Alex Shelley Primetime puts an armlock on Shelley and then hits him with a suplex. There is a bit of chain wrestling and then Primetime goes for a pin, but only gets a two count. Primetime whips Shelley and Shelley reverses it. Primetime springs off the top rope and does a backflip on Shelley. The camera shifts to Frankie Kazarian & Michael Shane & Traci who enter the top ramp and are looking on. This distracts Primetime and Shelley takes advantage and hits a neckbreaker. He goes for a pin, but Primetime kicks out after two. Primetime hits a snapmare on Shelley and gets a two count. Shelley fights back and then goes for a pin, but also gets a two count. Shelley whips Primetime into the corner. While Primetime is hunched over, Shelley climbs the top turnbuckle and then jumps on Primetime's head. Shelley goes up top again and jumps and twists off of it, but misses because Primetime moved. Primetime fights back and puts Shelley on the middle of the top rope and then climbs the top turnbuckle, walks the rope, and hits a hurricanrana. Primetime kicks Shelley and then goes for the POD, but Shelley gets out of it. The match only goes on for a few more seconds before Primetime hits the POD on Shelley and then gets a three count. Winner - Primetime
The show goes into a commercial.
Match #2 - Miyamoto & Makemiu & Nosawa vs. D'Lo Brown & Chris Harris & James Storm in a 6-man tag team match Miyamoto and Storm start off. Storm gets a flying headscissors on Miyamoto early on in the match. Miyamoto punches Storm a few times before he makes a tag to Nosawa. Storm tags in Harris. Storm hits a russian leg sweep on Nosawa before leaving the ring. Harris goes for a pin on Nosawa, but only gets a two count. Harris hits a hanging vertical suplex and then tags in D'Lo. They continue to work on Nosawa's arm while tagging eachother in a few times. D'Lo is back in and he clotheslines Nosawa in the corner. D'Lo continues to beat down Nosawa awhile and then tries to whip Nosawa and Nosawa reverses it. Nosawa tags in Makemiu and D'Lo tags in Harris. Makemiu beats down Harris and gets in some offense before tagging out to Miyamoto. Miyamoto also beats down Harris before tagging in Nosawa. They double team on Harris for a little bit. Nosawa hits the shining wizard on Harris out of no where and goes for a pin, but only gets a two count before D'Lo breaks it up. Nosawa tags in Makemiu. Harris tackles Makemiu and then tags out to D'Lo. D'Lo hits a back body drop on Makemiu and then hands out kicks to all the members of the other team. D'Lo climbs up top on the turnbuckle and then drops down onto Makemiu and goes for a pin, but only gets a two count before Nosawa and Miyamoto break it up. Everyone is in the ring fighting for a few seconds. Eventually it calms down and D'Lo tags in Storm. Storm takes down Makemiu. Harris goes up top on the turnbuckle and they hit the death sentence and get the pinfall. Winners - D'Lo Brown & Chris Harris & James Storm
After the match The Naturals come out and steal the tag team belts.
The show then goes into a commercial.
Match #3 - Monty Brown vs. Abismo Negro Right when Abismo Negro slides into the ring, Brown starts stomping on him before the bell rings. Brown is in control for the beginning of the match and he even takes Abismo Negro outside and drops him on the metal guard rails. Brown slides Abismo Negro back into the ring and goes for a pinfall, but only gets a two count. Brown punches him in the side a few times and then bodyslams him. Abismo Negro attempts two clotheslines on Brown, but Brown still stands. Abismo Negro goes outside the ropes and then jumps onto the ropes and then dropkicks Brown. He goes for a pin, but Brown kicks out after two. Abismo Negro gets in a good deal of offense before Brown gets in two backbreakers and then hits a release suplex. Brown gets the pounce on Abismo Negro and then gets the three count. Winner - Monty Brown
We are back to commercial now.
When we come back from a commercial we see Shark Boy and D-Ray 3000 at Universal Studios.
Match #4 - Frankie Kazarian & Michael Shane w/Traci vs. Amazing Red & Chris Sabin Kazarian and Sabin start out the match with a handshake and then some holds and reversals. Kazarian tags in Shane. Amazing Red and Sabin double team on Shane. Sabin goes for a pin and gets a two count. Sabin tags out to Amazing Red. Shane tags out to Kazarian. Kazarian and Amazing Red fight back and forth for a little bit. Amazing Red tags Sabin. Shane hits Sabin from outside the ring. Sabin knocks Shane off of the ring and then Kazarian throws Sabin out of the ring. Amazing Red enters the ring and hits a head scissors on Kazarian.
The show goes into a commercial in the middle of the match.
When we come back, Kazarian is in control of Amazing Red and Sabin tries to get in the ring, but the referee stops him. Kazarian jumps over the top rope and hits a leg drop on Amazing Red. Kazarian tags in Shane. Amazing Red fights back a little bit. Amazing Red gets a kick to Shane's head. He then goes for a tornado DDT off the top turnbuckle, but Shane gets out of it. Next, there is a double team on Amazing Red. Amazing Red gets the chance to dodge a move and tags in Sabin. Sabin jumps off of the middle of the top rope and kicks both Kazarian and Shane on his way back down. He takes out the team and then gets a two count on Shane before Kazarian breaks it up. All four men are in the ring fighting for a little bit before Shane hits the superkick on Sabin and gets the three count. Winner - Frankie Kazarian & Michael Shane w/Traci
The show is now back to commercial.
Jonny Fairplay issues the Jonny Fairplay Reality Challenge.
Don West and Mike Tenay are talking about next week's pay-per-view. James Storm and Chris Harris come out and say they have a message for The Naturals. They say that next week they are going to take back their identity and their belts. They also say there will be a fight and that The Naturals will not win. Don West and Mike Tenay continue talking about the pay-per-view.
A video is shown of Jeff Hardy's debut.
Match #5 - Bobby Roode & Eric Young & Petey Williams w/Scott D'Amore vs. B.G. James & Konnan & Ron Killings w/Dennis Rodman Jeff Jarrett was at the announce table for this match helping announce it. The Elite Guard was there just watching. Konnan and Young start out the match. Konnan hits a clothesline on Young. All of Team Canada enters the ring, but Konnan knocks them all down. All of 3 Live Kru enters and take out Team Canada. When all settles down, Young and Killings are in the ring. Killings hits the scissors kick on Young, but only gets a two count because Roode broke it up. Young then tags in Williams. Killings gets a crossbody on Williams. They both tag out and now Roode and James are in the ring. James kicks Roode before everyone is in the ring fighting again. James goes for punches on Roode, but Roode pulled the referee in front and James accidently knocked out the referee. Williams helps Roode take out James. Killings comes in and dropkicks Williams. Roode and James are fighting again. Jarrett comes in and hits James over the head with a guitar. Roode covers James and gets a pinfall. Jarrett gets another guitar out from under the ring and enters the ring. Ken Shamrock runs down and takes the guitar from Jarrett. The show ends with Jarrett and the Elite Guard and Shamrock and 3 Live Kru staring at eachother.
