For those who have asked, a stunt double was used during the crypt angle this past Sunday night at the Great American Bash PPV. The stuff with Paul Bearer was shot earlier in the day which is the reason why it was sent up by satellite.
The Undertaker-Dudley Boyz-Bearer segment was produced by non other than Bruce Prichard which didn’t seem to surprise anyone, as he has a big reputation as to being “over the top.”
Vince McMahon’s absence at Sunday’s PPV was filled in by Stephanie McMahon, who ran the show, Shane who worked with Guerrero and Layfield for their match. Jim Ross oversaw the announcing while Kevin Dunn oversaw TV.
According to several live notes reports, there were several empty seats in the arena.
