Welcome everyone to a DETAILED VELOCITY REPORT! If you haven't checked it out already, read the latest "Take up thy Wrestling Boots and Walk" column, as I compete against 2 other LOP TV Recappers in the booking contest. See how I did, and email me what you thought about it!
Charlie Haas w/Miss Jackie Vs. Sakoda
The match starts with a strong headlock applied by Charlie. Sakoda gets out, but gets hit with a shoulder tackle, and taken down with a firemen's carry. Sakoda taunts the crowd, and misses an enziguiri. Charlie tries to get Sakoda on his back, but Sakoda rolls to the ropes. Sakoda gets in a cheap shot, then goes back to the ropes. Another lockup leads to a forearm in the corner by Charlie. Sakoda gets whipped back into the same corner, and tossed to the mat. Sakoda quickly regains his bearings with an uppercut and an enziguiri, sending Charlie facefirst into the second turnbuckle. Sakoda hits a devastating neckbreaker for a 2 count. Sakoda puts Charlie in a neck vice, but Miss Jackie gets the crowd fired up, which helps Charlie back to his feet. Unfortunately, he is taken back down with a stiff STO. Charlie gets worked on in the corner, and gets hits with some HARD knees to the frackin' face, leading to a running knee smash! Strong Style, bitch! Charlie ducks another attack, and flapjacks Sakoda on the ropes. Both men get up, and Sakoda delivers two punches, but misses the third, as Charlie begins to throw a few haymakers. Sakoda is whipped to the ropes, and hit with a backelbow. Charlie nails a shoulder tackle, and a dropkick before hitting a big splash in the corner. Sakoda gets flapjacked again, allowing Charlie to lock in the Haas of Pain, giving him the submission victory.

We are back, and the Eddie Guerrero / John Bradshaw Layfield feud continued this past Thursday night on Smackdown. Bradshaw suggested to GM Kurt Angle that Eddie wrestle a match before the ppv, in order to teach him some respect. Of course, JBL can't do it himself, so Angle has his bodyguard, Luther Reigns do it. After a very impressive showing from Luther, Angle is forced to leave the ringside area after trying to interfere(Eddie used a classic trick to catch him). Eddie nails the Frog Splash, but the match ends when JBL begins to beat up Eddie. Bradshaw tries to choke him with a bullrope, but Eddie eventually gets the upperhand, forcing JBL to escape to safety. It will be Eddie Guerrero defending the WWE Championship against John Bradshaw Layfield in a Texas Bullrope match at The Great American Bash.

"The Reflection of Perfection" Mark Jindrak w/Theodore R. Long Vs. Hardcore Holly
Before the match, Theodore introduces Mark, and lets everyone stare at perfection. Mark looks at himself in the mirror, before Hardcore interrupts.
The match starts with Jindrak beating Holly down the moment he entered the ring. Holly delivers some chops, but gets beat on again. Jindrak jumps over Holly after a whip into the corner, and beats on Holly some more. Holly counters a hiptoss into one of his own. Another snapmare takedown by Jindrak, and another side headlock on Holly. Holly gets up, but gets leveled by a backelbow. Jindrak makes the cover, but gets 2. Holly is again whipped into the corner, but he kicks Jindrak in the face, goes to the top rope, and hits a flying crossbody for a 2 count. Jindrak hits a SWEET dropkick, goes for a cover, but gets 2. Holly reverses a whip into the corner, catches Jindrak as he tries to leap over him, and drops him with the Alabama Slam to end Jindraks undefeated streak!!
Winner Via Pinfall: Hardcore Holly
Well, that will do it for Velocity. I'm not sure if I'm gonna order The Great American Bash or not. Some of it looks good, but not $34.95 good. I might end up splitting it with my dad, or something. I already made a fantasy card for the ppv, which you can read in my last Velocity Report. I have some predictions for the ppv as well:
Billy Gunn Vs. Kenzo Suzuki - While I'm not too impressed with Kenzo, he does have some potential, and this match is a good way to help him along. I dont really see this as a ppv match, but more as a Sunday Night Heat match. I can't really see Kenzo losing this one. Winner - Kenzo Suzuki
Mordecai Vs. Hardcore Holly - I am actually looking forward to this one. The Mordecai character is SO gimmicky, it's gonna work. This is a good match for him to have at this point, and is gonna "Crucify" Holly on this night. Winner - Mordecai
Luther Reigns Vs. Charlie Haas - While some of the matches on the card saw some buildup, this onbe has had NONE! I am very impressed with Luther, but I think Charlie will somehow pull out the win. Winner - Charlie Haas
Torrie Vs. Sable - I have always wanted to see these two fight one on one, just not now. As long as someone gets Sable bombed, I'll be happy, as these two can fight to some degree. Winner - Torrie
Rey Mysterio(C) Vs. Chavo Guerero for the Cruiserweight title - This ought to be another Cruiserweight classic. After some very odd weeks, the Cruiserweight title may finally be heading in a better direction, with Rey as the navigator. Winner - Rey Mysterio
Concrete Crypt - I'm not totally sure what to expect, but whenever The Undertaker and Paul Heyman are involved in a very dark situation, you just know that something is gonna happen! Winner - ???
Fatal 4 way U.S. title - I like how this match has been built up. I can see Cena winning this, as well as RVD for that matter. I would have liked to have seen a U.S. title tourny, with the winner fighting Cena(the tourny apart of the ppv), but this is good. Winner - Cena or RVD
Texas Bullrope WWE Title - This has old school bloodbath written all over it. This is Bradshaw's kind of match, and Eddie is gonna have his hands full. Should be sweet. Winner - Eddie
Well, theres my predictions. Should be an interesting ppv.Oh, and heres something interesting from the writer of "Take up thy wrestling boots and walk":
Hey Billy.
Sorry to say, but I missed something in the column earlier. It has been
pointed out to me, and it appears I forget to penalise Tina at one point in
scenario 1. While I won't change it now since it's already been posted,
since it would have meant you finishing top I'd like to offer you the chance
to return in the next you be the booker in a few weeks.
If you'd like to, let me know.
Sorry about the mistake. Not very proffesional I know.
Pt2
So guess what yall: I WON!! Don't worry Pt2, everyone makes mistakes. I sent word to him that I would be more than happy to compete again. So look out everybody for the next You be the Booker!
