Rumor regarding Hulk Hogan vs. Steve Austin match

• AWAstars.com has sent out a press release claiming that they can put Steve Austin and Hulk Hogan together for a local event as part of their AWA Live series.
  
  It should be pretty obvious that this was just a clever attempt to put their company on the map, and the average "fair or festival" could not possibly put out enough money for a Hogan vs. Austin match. Technically, anyone can promote the match, but the necessity is money, and lots of it. To get Hogan to work against Austin would require at least seven-figures, and would need to be promoted nationally (or internationally). Thus, while AWAStars may have the ability to contact Hogan and Steve Austin, the feeling is unless this is a major event, the two will not come out and work a match.
  
  AWAStars is likely going to milk any calls regarding this match into a "well, if you can't pay for Hogan and Austin, here's what else we have to offer.." so that they'll get tons of business from event organizers that inquire about the match. Realistically, anyone with the potential to book this match will not be going through AWAStars.
