Welcome everyone to the latest VELOCITY REPORT! I apologize for my recent two week hiatus, as one week I had the flu, and last week was Easter. Again, I apologize. Well, enough sorrow talk, and more Wrestling Talk!
Hardcore Holly w/Billy Gunn Vs. Akio w/Sakoda
The two men start off a traditional lockup and seperation in the corner. Akio chops Holly, but Holly counters by picking Akio off the mat, and slamming him into the opposite corner. Holly delivers some chops of his own before whipping Akio into the opposite corner. Holly goes for a splash manuever, but Akio kicks him in the face. Akio charges Holly, but is met with 2 armdrags. Tired, Akio rolls out of the ring, only for Billy to roll him back in. Akio begs for mercy, but Holly kicks him in the chest. Holly sets Akio up on the ropes, and kicks in square in the nuts(vintage Holly). Holly gets a bit distracted by Sakoda, which allows Akio to give Holly a jumping heel kick to the head. Akio goes for the cover, but gets a 2 count. Akio, now on the offense, chokes Holly out on the ropes while standing on his back. The crowd begins to get behind Holly, as Akio taunts Billy with a DX chop block, and snapmares Holly into a neck wrench. Holly gets to his feet, only for Akio to takje him down again with a kick to the back of the head. Akio goes for the cover, but gets a nearfall. Akio traps Holly in a variation of the cobra clutch, but Holly gets to his feet and breaks free. Holly runs to the ropes, but Sakoda trips him. Billy tries to chase Sakoda off, as Akio tries to hit another jumping heel kick on Holly. Holly catches Akio, and drops him with a variation powerbomb. Both men back up, and Holly backdrops Akio. Holly then gives Akio a wicked clothesline and an AWESOME dropkick to the face. Holly goes for the cover, but gets a 2 count. Holly goes to the top rope, while Billy beats up Sakoda, who attempted to interfere once again. Holly leaps off the top, but Akio kicks him in the chest. Akio goes for the cover, but gets a 2 count. Holly reverses a whip into the corner, catches Akio, and drops him with the Alabama Slam to finish this match.

Ultimo Dragon Vs. Nunzio
The match starts with some taunts from Nunzio, and an attempted greco-roman
knuckle lock. Nunzio kicks Ultimo in the gut, attempts a firemen's carry takedown, but Ultimo reverses it into a rollup, giving him a nearfall. Nunzio pushes Ultimo, and Ultimo fires back with a double hand chop to the chest! Ultimo is kneed in the gut, and whipped to the ropes. Ultimo ducks a clothesline, and takes Nunzio down with a headscissors for a nearfall. Nunzio is snapmared, and kicked hard in the back by Ultimo. Ultimo runs to the ropes, and STIFF kicks Nunzio in the face, earning another nearfall. Ultimo tosses Nunzio to the outside, goes to the apron, but lands face first on the apron after being pulled down by Nunzio. Nunzio pushes Ultimo backfirst into the barricade, andsends him back into the ring. Nunzio goes for the cover, but gets a 2 count. Nunzio taunts the crowd, and traps Ultimo in a variation chin lock. With the crowd behind him, Ultimo gets to his feet, breaks out of the hold, and trades a series of chops with Nunzio. Nunzio rakes Ultimo's eyes and whips him into the corner. Ultimo jumps to the second rope and surprises Nunzio with a crossbody block. Nunzio gets back on the offensive with a knee to the gut and a russian leg sweep for a 2 count. Nunzio traps Ultimo in the variation chin lock again, and Ultimo breaks free, again. Nunzio whips Ultimo into the ropes, but Ultimo ducks a clothesline and hits an inside the ring Asai moonsault on Nunzio. Both men get up, and Ultimo delivers a devastating series a kicks to Nunzio. Ultimo goes for the cover, but gets a nearfall. Ultimo whips Nunzio to the ropes, and knocks him down with a flying forearm smash. Ultimo delivers a clothesline and a backdrop, goes for the cover, but gets another nearfall. Ultimo knocks Nunzio into the corner with a jumping heel kick, but Nunzio elbows him in the face. Nunzio goes to the second rope, attempts his double boot to the face, but Ultimo dodges it. Ultimo rolls Nunzio up, but gets a 2 count. Nunzio counters a whip into the ropes, attempts a powerbomb, but Ultimo rolls through it with a hurricarana, that is also countered by Nunzio into a sunset flip position pin cover, but it only earns Nunzio a nearfall. Ultimo is whipped to the corner, jumps over Nunzio, and kicks him HARD in the gut. Ultimo calls for the Asai DDT, but Nunzio traps him in a sleeper. Ultimo goes for a back suplex, but Nunzio lands on his feet. Ultimo goes for the move again, but Nunzio holds onto the ropes. Ultimo flips over Nunzio, jumps on his shoulders, but Nunzio pushes him off. Ultimo tries to rull Nunzio up, but Nunzio grabs the ropes, and pins
Ultimo with a roll up of his own.

The WWE Slam of the Week: 2 weeks ago on Smackdown, Booker T leaves his partner, RVD, alone during a tag match against Charlie Haas and Big Show.
Back from the break, and the Booker T Vs. Rob Van Dam match from this past Thursday is recapped. After a hard hitting matchup, Booker beats on RVD(who is trapped in the ropes), and gets disqualified.

And now, our next match of the evening.
Johnny Stamboli Vs. Orlando Jordan
The match starts with a lockup from both men. They both trade standard wrestling holds, which would allow either man the early advantage. Stamboli hits a shoulder tackle, but gets hiptossed by Jordan. Jordan hits an armdrag, and locks in an armbar. Stamboli gets out of it, and whips Jordan into the corner. Jordan jumps over Stamboli, and taunts him before hitting a SWEET dropkick for a 2 count. Jordan goes for a wrist lock, but is pushed into the corner. Stamboli kicks Jordan, and flapjacks him on the ropes. Stamboli chokes Jordan out with his foot for a bit, goes to the outside, and elbows Jordan in the face. Back in the ring, Stamboli goes for a cover, but gets a 2 count. Stamboli traps Jordan in a side headlock, knees him in the face a bit, goes for another cover, but only gets 2. The side headlock is applied again, but Jordan gets to his feet, only to be whipped into the corner. Jordan, sitting in the corner, looks to be easy prey, so Stamboli charges, hoping to hit a dropkick. Jordan moves out of the way, and Stamboli hits the ring post nut first! Both men up, and Jordan hits a jawbreaker, a series of punches, a flying forearm smash, a back elbow, a clothesline, a backdrop, and an attempted Johnson Shuffle, which Stamboli counters with a clothesline. Stamboli picks Jordan up, but Jordan lands on his feet and hits the Blackout(flatliner) to win the match.

Back from the break, and the situation surrounding the Big Show from this past Thursday is recapped. Big Show says that if he can't beat Eddie Guererro, he will quit. When Eddie does beat him, Big Show seems incredibly depressed, until he goes backstage, where he hears Torrie Wilson laughing. He thinks she's laughing at him, bu she denies it. Later, he meets her in the parking lot breaks down in tears, and destroys her car. He chases after her, and eventually has her on a very high platform backstage. Kurt is told about this, and tries to stop Big Show. He goes up to the platform, convinces Big Show to let go of Torrie, only to be chokeslammed himself off of the platform and onto the concrete below. Kurt is seen knocked out, with a pool of blood under his head, as Torrie cries in horror.

We are back, and we are ready for the main event of the evening.
Doug Basham w/Danny Basham Vs. Dvon Dudley w/Buh Buh Ray Dudley
The match starts with a lockup and some basic wrestling from both men. The fans want tables, as Dvon is hit with a shoulder tackle. Dvon trips Doug(after Doug blew snot in his face), hiptosses him, and dropkicks him. Dvon hits a droptoe hold, and rolls Doug up for a nearfall. Dvon hits an armdrag, and locks in an armbar. Doug gets out of it, but is knocked down with a flying back elbow. Dvon goes for the cover, but gets 2. Both men are then knocked down in a double shoulder tackle, and Dvon rolls to the outside, as Danny switches places with Doug. Danny hits a back suplex and gets a 2 count. He goes for a cover again, but gets 2. Danny chokes Dvon on the ropes, as Buh Buh tries to tell the ref that the Bashams switched places. The fans try to tell the ref as well, as Dvon is sent headfirst into the turnbuckle. Danny hits an elbow drop for another nearfall. Danny traps Dvon in a cross arm choke hold, as the fans try to help Dvon to his feet. Dvon gets up, but is clotheslined back down. Danny goes for a cover, but gets 2. Dvon is whipped hard into the corner, which allows Danny to attempt another cover. 1, 2, kick out. Danny locks in another headlock variation, and Buh Buh gets nthe crowd to chant " Dvon, Dvon". Dvon gets to his feet, is whipped into the corner, but moves out of the way of a charging Danny. Dvon
fires back with punches and a clothesline for a 2 count. Dvon hits some more clotheslines and a neckbreaker for a 2 count. Dvon clotheslines Danny in the corner, and clotheslines him again for another 2 count. Dvon is tripped by Doug, and the ref orders Doug to leave. While that is going on, Buh Buh and Dvon hit Danny with the 3D to end the match.
Winner Via Pinfall: Dvon Duley w/Buh Buh Ray Dudley
Demott's Turning Point: When Danny switched places with Doug, and when Doug tripped Dvon, forcing the ref to make him leave, while Danny is hit with the 3D.
