WWE RAW House Show Results from Cape Girardeau,MO 3/27/04

  I atteneded the WWE RAW house show at the Show-Me center last night. There were about 5,000 people there and it was the first RAW houseshow according to Coach for newly acuired former Smackdown members Tajiri,Shelton Benjamin,Chuck Palumbo,Rhyno,and Nidia.
  
  1.Tajiri def Matt Hardy after holding the ropes for a
  quick pinfall.
  
  2.Garrison Cade def Eugene via a flying elbowdrop.
  Eugene has a gimmick where he is mentally handicapped, i did not really like it and a vast amount of boring chants erupted during this match.
  
  3.Chuck Palumbo def Rob Conway via Jungle Kick
  
  4.Shelton Benjamin def Horshu
  
  5.Kane def Rhyno via chokeslam The place broke out in
  a loud ECW chant when Rhyno came out
  
  Chris Benoit came out and attacked Coach putting him
  in the crossface. He then said that he was prepared for Triple H tonight.
  
  6.Victoria & Nidia def Jazz & Molly Holly
  
  7.Batista def Hurricane via powerbomb
  
  8.Chrstian def Y2J when Trish Stratus ran in and
  allowed Chrstian to get the cheap pin holding on to the tights.
  
  9.Chris Benoit def Triple H via Crippler Crossface to
  retain the World Heavyweight Title. Triple H went for a pedigree on the belt but Benoit countered it for the tap out.
  
  *Overall, it was a decent effort as i for some reason had forgotten about all of the Smackdown guys possibly being there because of the draft. It will be cool to see guys like Tajiri,Benjamin,and Rhyno infused into RAW storylines as i think those 3 have a ton of potential to greatly enhance the quality of RAW
