WWE News: Raw rating improves greatly Submitted by Ben Johnson on Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at 9:01 PM EST
Nielsen delayed exact numbers for some reason, but early ratings data reveals last night's RAW did hours of 3.8 and 4.1. Depending on more exact figures, that could average to either a 3.9 or 4.0, both of which are up from last week.
This was undoubtedly due to the Royal Rumble being on Sunday, but considering WWE has not been doing very good numbers as of late, this is still good news for WWE.
More specific data should reveal how successful Foley's long-awaited promo was, but it definitely had to be somewhat successful, as the second hour did net a 4.1.
