    Welcome everybody to the Thanksgiving edition of Velocity. I hope yall had a great Turkey day, as we are now ready for our first matchup.


    Kanyon Vs. Orlando Jordan
    The match starts with the crowd chanting, " Kanyon Sucks! ". Both men start off with a collar/elbow lockup. Kanyon gets the advantage with some shoulder thrusts and punches. After being whipped into the corner, Jordan jumps over Kanyon, hits a hiptoss and a dropkick, and begins isolating his arm. Jordan gets Kanyon into the corner, begins the 10 punches, but is
    stopped at 4 by an eyerake. Kanyon then hits a sweet russian leg sweep from the middle rope, but gets only a 2 count. Jordan is then lifted to his feet, hit with a suplex, and takes 3 elbow drops from Kanyon. Jordan is covered, but He kicks out at 2. Jordan fights back, but is taken down again with a northern lights suplex, but kicks out a 2. Kanyon locks Jordan in a knee to the back variation of the camel clutch. The crowd helps Jordan back up, and he begins bashing Kanyon with a flying forearm and a dropkick. With the crowd behind him, Jordan punches Kanyon a bunch of times, then does a nice little
    shuffle before a final blow to the face. Jordan whips Kanyon into the ropes, hits a powerslam, and gets a 2 count. After fighting on the top rope, Jordan knocks Kanyon down, hits a flying crossbody, and gets the 1,2,3.

    The Boot of the Week: Los Guerreros defeating The Worlds Greatest Tag Team 2 week's ago, and the post match attack on Chavo's knee.

    Back from the break, and footage from Smackdown involving the Guerreros is shown. Eddie is concerned about Chavo's knee, but Chavo insists on supporting Eddie by being at ringside for his match. During Eddie's match with Charlie Haas, Eddie takes Chavo's crutches and beats Charlie with them to get the win. After the match, Chavo is beaten up again by Shelton Benjamin, but Eddie comes to the rescue by hitting Shelton with the crutch. Afterwards, Chavo seems upset with Eddie. In Demott's Turning Point, Bill says that the big mistake was when Shelton distracted the ref, which allowed Eddie to hit Charlie with the crutches.

    The WWE Rewind: Nidia giving Tajiri a low blow, and Jamie Noble losing to Akio.

    Back from the break, and thenext match is about to begin.

    Nunzio Vs. Funaki
    Both men start with a lockup, which leads to Nunzio getting early advantage, after a knee to the gut. After a headlock is countered by Funaki, Nunzio gets a hiptoss and a few armdrags. Nunzio manages to break free, whips Funaki into the corner, and blocks a possible crossbody with a dropkick to the gut. He covers, but gets a 2 count. Nunzio punches Funaki a bit, and applies a headlock after taking him down with a snapmare. The crowd help Funaki up, and after a missed dropkick, Funaki goes for a backslide rollup, but gets a 2 count. Nunzio is whipped into the corner, but ends up hitting Funaki with the Sicilian Slice ( top rope fameasser ) for a 2 count. Nunzio reapplies a headlock to Funaki. Funaki gets out of it, but is taken down with a knee to the gut, and is the given a bare knee to the face by Nunzio. Nunzio hits stalling body slam, goes to the top rope, and lands balls first when Funaki trips him, and falls to the mat. Both men get back up, and Funaki hits a bulldog for a 2 count. Funaki then hits an enziguiri, and gets another 2 count. Funaki hits Nunzio with a flying crossbody from the top rope, but Nunzio rolls through it, and gets a 2 count. After being whipped into the corner, Funaki trips on the bottom rope, and Nunzio uses this "opening" to take Funaki down with a variation of a facebuster for a 2 count. Nunzio
    places Funaki on the top rope, but Funaki then surprises Nunzio with a tornado ddt to get the win.

    Back from the break, an our next match is about to begin.

    Sean O'haire Vs. Gary Schippriet
    Match starts with Gary hitting Sean with a dropkick. Sean then takes over with a huge bodyslam from one side to the other. Sean folows it uo with a hard kick to the back, a snapmare, and another kick to the back. After being whipped into the corner, Gary is able to get a jawbreaker on Sean. Unfortunately, Gary then runs into a clothesline. Sean then uses the ropes to chokeout Gary. Sean works the back with some elbow drops, then puts Gary in a knee to the back version of the camel clutch. Gary tries to break free, tries to hit a rollup, but Sean juts rolls out of the attempt and finishes off Gary with the Widowmaker.

    Back from the break, and the battle royal from last week is recapped for us. Paul Heyman said that whoever wins the battle royal would then face Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship. But before John Cena and Chris Benoit could compete in the battle royal, they would have to win qualifying matches. Benoit beat Matt Morgan, and Cena beat Atrain. The closing minutes of the battle royal is shown, with the final for men being Cena, Benoit, Eddie Guerrero and Shelton Benjamin. Both Shelton and Eddie were eliminated, and Cena and Benoit ended up trying to eliminate each other, but land on the floor at the same time. The refs are split in deciding who won, so Paul Heyman says that next week, Benoit will face Cena in a match, and the winner will fight Lesnar for the Title. After all of the commotion, Lesnar, Morgan, Big Show, Atrain, and Nathan Jones give Benoit and Cena a beatdown. After the beatdown, Lesnar wishes the both of them a Happy Thanksgiving.

    Back from the break, and the final match of the night is about to start.

    Spanky/Paul London Vs. Chuck Palumbo/Johnny Stamboli
    Chuck and Spanky start off with a lockup and a right hand from Chuck. Spanky gets beatdown a bit, but is whipped into the corner, and hits a moonsault on a standing Chuck for a 2 count. Spanky tries a headlock, but is clotheslined after being sent into the ropes. Chuck tags Stamboli in, and covers Spanky for a 2 count. Stamboli hit Spanky with a hard clothesline, and gets a 2 count. Spanky gts up and gives Stamboli an enziguri. London is tagged in, and he hits a frog splash crossbody on Stamboli for the 2 count. Stamboli then knocks Spanky off the apron, goes after London, London counter a move with a full back flip( landing on his feet ), but is hit with a big boot by Chuck ( the ref is distracted with an angry Spanky ). Stamboli covers, but gets a 2 count. Stamboli sends London into his corner, so that he and Chuck can double team him ( split legs into ring post, kicks ). The ref is again distracted by an angry Spanky, who is able to get Stamboli of of London. Chuck is now in the ring, beats on London, and hits him with a stiff running kick to the back. Stamboli is tagged in, and gives London a right hand. He covers him, but gets a 2 count. Chuck is tagged back in, and puts London in a neck lock. The crowd and Spanky help London out of the lock, and London knocks Stamboli of the apron, kicks Chuck in the face, and goes for the tag, but Chucks brings London back to the middle of the ring, and hits him for the 2 count. Chuck puts London back in the neck lock. London gets out of it, but is taken back down. He gets back up, Chuck slaps him around a bit, but Chuck gets a Dropsault surprise from London. Both men tag their partners in. Spanky beats on both Stamboli and Chuck, and sends Chuck to the outside with a leg scissors takedown. Spanky goes to the top rope, but is tripped by Chuck. London baseball slides Chuck, and London then takes Stamboli down with a russian legsweep from the middle rope. Chuck gets back in, superkicks London, but is dropkicked by Spanky, who then lands ontop of Stamboli and gets a very close 2 count. The bell rings, but the ref says it was just a 2 count. Spanky goes for Sliced Bread # 2 on Stamboli, but Chuck takes Spanky, and both Stamboli and Chuck hit the Kiss of Death on Spanky to get the win.

    WOW! Tonight was an awesome night of wrestling. Every wrestler involved gave some tremendous performances, and the crowd was on fire. One of the best Velocity episode's I've seen.
