WWE News: Final Smackdown Ratings news

This week's edition of Smackdown did an 3.6 rating, according to Nielsen. This is only slightly down from last week's rating, which was 3.7.

As I mentioned earlier in the week, this week's ratings for Smackdown have followed the same pattern as RAW, with both shows only experiencing a small drop in the ratings. Disappointing to say the least, considering both editions came off an joint-brand PPV, as WWE officials usually rely on the PPV to give a small rise for post-PPV show ratings.

An interesting fact is that the main event on Smackdown featuring John Cena and The Big Show, drew an peak rating of 3.9, whereas Bradshaw vs. A-Train experienced the lowest figure at 3.4.
