WWE News: Superstars upset over the direction of the WWE, house shows, & more

  • The morale around the WWE continues to sink to the very bottom of the well, as many superstars are now starting to speak out about the direction the company is going in, bad house show attendance, and more.

The house show attendance has sunk so low that the gates for the show are hurting many of the superstars who can barely break even after factoring in their travel expenses. Just to give you an example of how bad the house shows have gotten, yesterday's Smackdown-Brand show only drew about 1,500 fans for a gate of $40,000.

Many superstars, including some of the loyalists, are getting pretty upset with Vince McMahon these days. They feel that Vince is just ignoring many of the problems the company is facing and not bothering to address them, opting to just continue down the same route that the company has been taking and hoping that business starts to pick up again.

The morale in the company is obviously at a all time low, as even Kurt Angle has been vocal as of late about the direction the company has been taking. Angle is known around the WWE locker room to be a very postive person who always has faith in the direction that the WWE takes.
