    MLW Underground
    Episode #30
    Air Date: 10/27/03
By: Michael M. Langan II, mrnewz@newzbytes.org
    AIM/AOL: MrNEWZ

The Big News: This was one of those "exposing the business" episodes of
wrestling television as JOEY STYLES proceeded to talk about stuff that
never happened at MLW HYBRID HORROR SHOW since the show was cancelled.
Mention was made of MLW KING OF KINGS 2003 in ORLANDO but no date was
announced on the show and ads for the show were taken off (11/21 would be
the date should the show even happened). MLW WRESTLEFEST bumpers were also
removed, likely removing that planned show on 12/29/03. SUNSHINE has
removed MLW UNDERGROUND from the schedule until 11/24/03. Word going around
is that MLW is done for now, at least until the new calendar year starts up.

Match Results: Mikey Whipwreck p. Norman Smiley, The Samoan Island Tribe
(Ekmo (X?), Mana, & Samu) d. "The Perfect Creation" Richard J. Criado, "The
Modern Marvel" Matt Martel (O), & Monsta Mack, Sonjay Dutt p. "Fallen
Angel" Christopher Daniels to Win J-CUP USA & the MLW GLOBAL JUNIOR
    HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP.

    Overview:

You're watching the network that's first in Florida Sports! YEAH!

Let Us Take You Back... Awesome, I've yet to be able to use that fun little
catch phrase for MLW, and yet--- here we are. Regardless, we're taken back
to SONJAY DUTT v. EDDIE COLON from last week. DUTT defeated COLON to
advance to the finals of the MLW GLOBAL JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
TOURNAMENT, which are this week. The last 2 minutes or so air.

THIS IS WHAT IT'S LIKE WHEN WORLDS COLLIDE... THIS IS HYBRID WRESTLING...
You know, I forgot to include that line in last week's report. Thank no one
for noticing that one. ;-) Regardless, I wonder what happens when Worlds
    Don't Collide?

JOEY STYLES opens the show in a LA PARKA mask. He wishes everyone a Happy
Halloween and says that this (the mask) is for all fans on MLW.com who have
been asking him to loosen up. He says that if you think you're surprised,
you should have seen the look on his wife's face... she really wasn't
happy. STYLES thanks COURT BAUER for allowing him to sleep on the coach in
his office for the last few days. STYLES hypes this week's main event,
which is SONJAY DUTT v. "FALLEN ANGEL" CHRISTOPHER DANIELS for the MLW
    GLOBAL JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP.

MATCH #1: MIKEY WHIPWRECK v. "BLACK MAGIC" NORMAN SMILEY

STYLES remembers getting WHIPWRECK his try out with ECW and says that he
was a such a nice kid. STYLES tells us that this is what the wrestling
business can do to a young man and repeats that WHIPWRECK is out of his
mind. STYLES puts over SMILEY's conditioning and says that he's looked the
same since STYLES can remember, which is a big deal considering that it
gets harder and harder to maintain a look with age. WHIPWRECK poses in the
corner stalling a good amount after the bell. They finally circle. More
acting weird by WHIPWRECK. Finally more circling then a collar and elbow,
which is shoved away by SMILEY. If you care, most of the matches on
XPLOSION didn't last as long as the feeling out process of this match...
More circling. Another collar and elbow. WHIPWRECK gets control, but SMILEY
works an arm wringer out of it. WHIPWRECK reverses it, then SMILEY reverses
it. WHIPWRECK gets a hammerlock into a waist lock. WHIPWRECK tires a full
nelson, but SMILEY quickly gets out of it. SMILEY picks a leg and WHIPWRECK
drops down. WHIPWRECK pushes SMILEY off. They do a cart wheel (SMILEY) and
kip up spot (WHIPWRECK). SMILEY dances. We'll be right back.

WEW Promo. Hottest and sexiest WHAT?!?

Back from commercial and SMILEY is playing up to the crowd. Norman chant.
Stalling and circling. Wow, how enthralling. Collar and elbow. WHIPWRECK
backs SMILEY to the ropes and there's a break. WHIPWRECK shoves SMILEY
after clean breaking. SMILEY shoves back and WHIPWRECK oversells it.
WHIPWRECK begs off. SMILEY whips WHIPWRECK, WHIPWRECK reverses it and ducks
for a back drop. SMILEY somersaults over into an arm drag takeover, but
loses him after flipping. STYLES calls it a beautiful arm drag. Sigh.
SMILEY gets a second one and actually holds on this time. SMILEY tries a
third and WHIPWRECK shoves him down. WHIPWRECK with a series of kicks to
the back of SMILEY. WHIPWRECK mocks SMILEY. WHIPWRECK works over the head
of SMILEY with shots while sort of working in a vice. Nice kicks here and
there as well, but a whole lot of nothing is happening so far. Whip by
WHIPWRECK then a nice dropkick gets two. Lots of comedy and craziness by
WHIPWRECK. head butt, then a mock dizziness by WHIPWRECK. Whip by WHIPWRECK
is reversed. Back elbow by SMILEY, then a clothesline. Another clothesline
by SMILEY, then the huge wind-up scoop slam by SMILEY. WHIPWRECK gets to
the ropes facing the crowd and SMILEY sets up the Big Wiggle. WHIPWRECK
hits a low blow mule kick. SMILEY on his knees then eats a seated
dropkick. WHIPWRECK chokes SMILEY against the bottom ring rope after
dragging him across the ring. WHIPWRECK mocks the Big Wiggle, then hits a
slingshot guillotine leg drop from the ring onto SMILEY who's hung over the
bottom ring rope, face down. WHIPWRECK holds his foot there and hooks the
ropes to choke SMILEY. Kick to the side of the head by WHIPWRECK from the
apron on SMILEY. Boot as SMILEY is on his knees once WHIPWRECK makes it
back in. WHIPWRECK tries another, but SMILEY spins it around and gets a
roll-up for two. WHIPWRECK ducks a clothesline and hits a killer superkick
for two. WHIPWRECK with more goofiness. WHIPWRECK tosses SMILEY from ring
#2 to ring #1 (this match happened on the same show as WARGAMES in
September). head butt by WHIPWRECK, which takes SMILEY into the corner.
Chop by WHIPWRECK, then a cross corner whip. SMILEY does the Flair flip in
the corner and falls in between the rings after taking it. WHIPWRECK tries
a clothesline, but SMILEY ducks and hits a back elbow, then a clothesline
(from still in between the rings). SMILEY grabs WHIPWRECK in between the
rings with him. SMILEY rakes WHIPWRECK's eyes across the top ring rope then
proceeds to slam WHIPWRECK's head into the corner turnbuckles from each of
the rings, alternating between the two. SMILEY slumps WHIPWRECK between the
two rings and charges, but WHIPWRECK gets a boot up. WHIPWRECK tries to
straddle the corners of the two rings and SMILEY stops him. SMILEY gets up
on the second ring ropes and Big Wiggles WHIPWRECK. SMILEY tosses WHIPWRECK
back over to the original ring's top turnbuckle (#2). SMILEY climbs up
there with him and WHIPWRECK fights out. WHIPWRECK then hits THE
WHIPPERSNAPPER forward jawbreaker from the top turnbuckle for the pinfall
in 8:12 TV Time. STYLES puts over WHIPWRECK defeating SMILEY by himself as
a major deal, despite the fact that SMILEY is something like
0-1271273817342784 in MLW... I'm just saying.

MATCH #1: Mikey Whipwreck d. "Black Magic" Norman Smiley by Pinfall (8:12
TV Time) after "The Whippersnapper" forward jawbreaker from the top turnbuckle.

MLW RELOAD available from HIGHSPOTS.com ...
guaranteed that your order ships in 24hrs. SABU v. TAIYO KEA, JERRY LYNN v.
SATOSHI KOJIMA, and my favorite MLW match *EVER*... CHRISTOPHER DANIELS &
THE FAR EAST CONNECTION v. QUIET STORM & LOS MAXIMOS~! Good show too. :-D

JOEY STYLES in an EL CANEK mask is hyping that KING OF KINGS 2003 is in
ORLANDO in NOVEMBER (well, if MLW is planning anymore events for 2003, from
what I understood they're done for at least the calendar year and this is
it for the tv, but I've been kayfabed before). STYLES says they'll have to
sign C.W. ANDERSON & SIMON DIAMOND defending the MLW GLOBAL TAG TEAM
CHAMPIONSHIP against THE SAMOAN ISLAND TRIBE, saying that it is a tag team
war that is heating up. See, I told you ANDERSON & DIAMOND were getting
DQed in that match. Any takers on what the time would have been? I've got 8
    minutes.

MLW.COM PROMO with FRANCINE getting wet. How nice.

WEW PROMO. G.I. HO humps BILL ALFONSO in this promo. That shows you how hot
    these women are right there.

MLW.COM PROMO with OLD SCHOOL JOEY getting caught at the website. 28 weeks
    strong! YEAH!

JOEY STYLES in a SANTO mask returns and informs us again that this is the
HALLOWEEN episode of MLW UNDERGROUND TV. STYLES tells us that JUST SIGNED
was BARRY WINDHAM v. SABU and we could see it on MLW UNDERGROUND TV as soon
as next week! Ummm... I somehow doubt that. I guess that also answers the
question as to whom WINDHAM's opponent was. You think hyping SABU's
appearance in advance might have helped ticket sales?

MATCH #2: MANA v. "THE PERFECT CREATION" RICHARD J. CRIADO & "THE MODERN
MARVEL" MATT MARTEL in a TWO-ON-ONE HANDICAPPED MATCH.

Hey, what do you know? MATT MARTEL is certainly not MATT STRYKER. If
nothing else, MARTEL's eyebrows don't have their own zip code. See! What
does the Internet know? LIARS! All of them! Oh wait... Oh MAN(A)... this
one isn't going to be good, nope. What's even worse is they somehow think
that turning this into a six man tag makes *ANY* sense at all, especially
when things are then evened up for the faces... I mean, really. But I'm
getting ahead of myself because I read spoilers and all of that... CRIADO &
MARTEL jump MANA to start after the bell (so they're really not jumping
him, but STYLES insists they are). STYLES says that CRIADO & MARTEL don't
have to tag out. What, are they just giving these guys the kiss of death?
This isn't WWE... Punches. Corner mount by CRIADO & MARTEL. More punches.
FRANCINE shows up. Thanks for coming. MANA tosses them off. Double
clothesline by MANA. Whip for CRIADO, then MANA picks him up in a scoop
slam (so one could question why he even bothered to whip him, but alas).
MANA holds him there then turns it into a Diamond Cutter/Samoan Bulldog.
head butt for MARTEL. Commercial time, thanks for the warning Mr. STYLES!

Someotherwebsite.com has sources! WWE! Sources! WWE! Vince! Doesn't! Want!
    You! To! Know! Oh man.

WEW PROMO. Please go away. Now.

Back from commercial. STYLES puts over that FRANCINE dismissed MICHAEL
SHANE and is looking for a new charge. MANA works over CRIADO with shots,
then chops him against the ropes. Whip and the camera doesn't move and thus
the action moves of shot, but CRIADO had to duck something because he comes
back off the ropes and then hits (I guess) a boot, or at least tries one.
Regardless, the camera cuts to ringside where THE SAMOAN ISLAND TRIBE (EKMO
& SAMU) are beating the tar out of MONSTA MACK through the crowd.
Apparently, MAFIA (DANNY MAFF) had transportation issues and thus couldn't
make it to FT. LAUDERDALE. This only makes like the second show in a row
that poor MONSTA MACK has been made to look like a tool because his partner
couldn't bother to show up. I feel for him, I really do. What I want to
know, however, is when MANA turns on EKMO & SAMU for not letting him be
apart of the tag team. EKMO nails MACK over the back with a shot while
holding a beer in his hand. SAMU parts the guardrail (what, you think he's
hopping it?) and gets at ringside. Round house back kick to the face of
MONSTA MACK. EKMO, if you care, hops the guardrail. CRIADO & MARTEL have
somehow managed to get MANA on the outside of the ring. MARTEL goes for a
double axe handle from the apron when we cut to the brawling at ringside by
the SIT and MACK. MARTEL slides back into the ring. FRANCINE is
watching... Chair shot for MACK by SAMU as EKMO holds onto him. EKMO slams
MACK's face into a table at ringside. 3:00 TV TIME, STEPHEN DEANGELES
announces that this match is now our WEAPONS MATCH and FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE
    in the building.

MATCH #2: THE SAMOAN ISLAND TRIBE (EKMO, MANA, & SAMU) v. "THE PERFECT
CREATION" RICHARD J. CRIADO, "THE MODERN MARVEL" MATT MARTEL, & MONSTA MACK
in a FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE WEAPONS MATCH

Well, MANA is choking MACK against the guard rail. SAMU & EKMO get in the
ring and kill CRIADO & MARTEL. MARTEL ducks a clothesline by SAMU, then
gets spinning double handed face slammed into the mat. You know, I could
make this a lot easier to follow if I just eliminated all the brawling.
It'd be like... 3 lines. MANA with MACK on the floor, still brawling around
ringside. SAMU splashes CRIADO in the corner. MACK nails MANA over the back
with a chair on the floor. CRIADO, slumped in the corner, eats EKMO's rear
end on a corner charge. More brawling by MANA and MACK. STYLES informs us
of the MANA-SAMOAN ISLAND TRIBE connection saying that when MANA made the
transition from Rugby it was the famed Samoan Wrestling family that took
him in and trained him. I guess we all forget that MANA teamed with SAMU
for months at a time as well. Wow, what a great shot of MARTEL sitting in
the corner. MANA is roaming around ringside, presumably going after
someone. CRIADO is trying to climb up the steps to the stage to try to
escape when EKMO & SAMU return with a wheel chair and tons of plunder (tm,
DUSTY RHODES) for some "fun"... EKMO pulls CRIADO up and nails him with an
over hand shot, placing him into the wheel chair. EKMO & SAMU then sit with
CRIADO in the chair yelling at MANA to move for a while, then when he
finally does... they wheel CRIADO off the stage in the wheel chair. Wow,
that was not a pretty landing. MARTEL has some really nice facials when
CRIADO dies in front of him. EKMO & SAMU toy with the garbage cans and what
not bringing them to ringside. MACK leaps from the apron onto EKMO, but
eats a right hand with a Hulk hand. EKMO gets a beer and nails CRIADO with
it. SAMU then charges CRIADO with a chair. EKMO tosses the garbage can into
the ring. MACK nails MANA over the head with a chair and he remains
standing. Another shot by MACK and SAMU shows up. MANA then goes after MACK
and they brawl some outside. EKMO & SAMU are back in the ring with CRIADO &
MARTEL. Chair shot for CRIADO by EKMO. MANA tries to whip MACK into the
guardrail, but it's reversed. MACK then shoulder blocks MANA against the
guardrail. EKMO works over MARTEL in the corner, slumping him into it. SAMU
nails MARTEL over the head with a trash can. MACK gets in the ring and
nails SAMU with his own trash can. EKMO misses a charge on MARTEL in the
corner as MACK beats on SAMU. MACK hits a head butt from the top ring rope
into a trash can as SAMU is slumped in the corner on the opposite side of
the ring. No Van Terminator, but he's huge. MARTEL held the trash can for
this spot and it took forever to set up. CRIADO is working over MANA and
they make it into the ring. CRIADO nails MANA over the head with a trash
can. Rights by CRIADO, then a chair shot. MARTEL nails MANA over the head
with what looks like a pumpkin for trick or treating (a plastic one).
STYLES says it's a beach ball, but lord knows--- it was orange. MANA wakes
up and nails MARTEL. MANA and CRIADO exchange blows and CRIADO is leg
laying MARTEL comes after MANA and gets the better of him after an eye
gouge. MARTEL with a whip, misses a clothesline, then hits a wicked big
boot. CRIADO comes in and boots MANA in the face as well. CRIADO & MARTEL
then double boot MANA in the face. MACK returns to the ring and levels MANA
with a clothesline. MACK nails MANA over the head with a VCR as CRIADO &
MARTEL hold him. MACK & CRIADO do arm bars and stretch of MANA as MARTEL
steps on MANA's back to do one of the favorites in terms of LUCHA
submissions... EKMO breaks it up with a superkick to the face of MARTEL
(wow, that's some height)... MANA fights out and tosses MACK and CRIADO
into each other. SAMU then double clotheslines MACK & CRIADO. MANA with
shots for CRIADO, then places him on the top turnbuckle. SAMU has MACK in
the other corner and does a cross corner whip that's reversed. MACK charges
with a trash can as MARTEL is choked with a foot by EKMO near the ropes.
MACK with the trash can eats a superkick by SAMU. MANA hits a Samoan Drop
from the middle turnbuckle on CRIADO, who was pinned by that same move in
ST. PETERSBURG (Episode #25, 9/22/03... my second week!) ... SAMU pulls
MARTEL to his feet and tosses him into EKMO who tosses MARTEL into the air,
then catches him and hits a Samoan Drop. EKMO points at FRANCINE who's back
watching on the ramp way again. EKMO tosses MARTEL to the floor. SAMU &
MANA are setting up a table just outside the barricade. They place MARTEL
on the table and EKMO climbs between the ring turnbuckles. SAMU assists
him to the top and he stands between the two rings on both top turnbuckles.
EKMO then splashes MARTEL through the table at ringside. They overdub the
crowd's Holy Shit chant with MLW chants and they're totally mistimed with
the lips of the fans at ringside. You can faintly hear the original chant
as well. The Samoans pose. STYLES says the referee has stopped the match at
11:00 TV Time (no bell, if there was, we didn't hear it because they
overdubbed the chant). MARTEL was unable to continue and is twitching, so
the match is over. Don't know why EKMO didn't just pin him--- it was falls
count everywhere. THE SAMOAN ISLAND TRIBE dance some.

MATCH #2: The Samoan Island Tribe (Ekmo, Mana, & Samu) d. "The Perfect
Creation" Richard J. Criado, Monsta Mack, & "The Modern Marvel" Matt Martel
by Submission (11:00 TV Time) when the referee stopped the match after Ekmo
gave Martel a splash from the top turnbuckles of where both set up rings
met through a table at ringside in a Falls Count Anywhere Weapons Match.
The Match Originally Started as Mana v. "The Perfect Creation" Richard J.
Criado & "The Modern Marvel" Matt Martel in a Two-On-One Handicapped Match,
but became a Six Man Falls Count Anywhere Weapons Match when The Samoan
Island Tribe (Ekmo & Samu) brawled with Monsta Mack to ringside in 3:00 TV
    Time.

JOEY STYLES in what looks like a LIZMARK mask says that one of the hot new
feuds being watched in MLW is C.M. PUNK and EL VAMPIRO. STYLES hypes a
singles match between the two and gives the back story of VAMPIRO leaving
instead of fighting RAVEN and returning to feud with PUNK recently.

MLW UNDERGROUND bumper returns us to JOEY STYLES. STYLES hypes the main
event saying all kidding aside. He informs us to check out MLW.com for
information on MLW KING OF KINGS next month. STYLES says with no more
interruptions, lets go down to the ring for the main event. Any odds on
    there being a commercial?

MATCH #3: MLW J-CUP USA GLOBAL JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT:
ROUND III; MATCH #7: SONJAY DUTT v. "FALLEN ANGEL" CHRISTOPHER DANIELS with
    MIKEY WHIPWRECK

STYLES puts over how great of a match up this shall be. I'm not really
going to argue, as I enjoy the work of both of these guys. STYLES says
DANIELS being in the finals is no surprise and puts him over as one of the
finest Junior Heavyweights on the planet today (which is the exact opposite
of his "DANIELS is horrible, I hate him because he's heel" commentary
during DANIELS' first two tournament matches)... STYLES is now putting over
DUTT as a flash in the pan coming out of no where. That's nice, really.
STYLES says that even without WHIPWRECK at ringside, DUTT is the underdog
of this contest. STYLES finally gets into the negative rant about DANIELS
calling him a self serving, manipulative low-life. DANIELS clotheslines
DUTT right out of the shoot and gets two. DANIELs puts the boots to DUTT.
Whip, then a back body drop. STYLES puts over the sore knee of DUTT which
he is competing with ("injured" in his match with MAMALUKE 3 weeks ago).
DANIELS drops an elbow and gets two. DANIELS pulls DUTT to a seated
position and drives an elbow to the top of the head. DANIELS rakes at
DUTT's face against the middle ring rope. He breaks, then does it again.
DANIELS tosses DUTT to the floor and WHIPWRECK whips DUTT into the
guardrail, then the ring, then the guardrail, then whips him right back
into the ring all in sequence. STYLES puts over how DANIELS looks to win
this match up on paper and you wouldn't think that'd he'd need assistance
for it. Delayed vertical suplex by DANIELS. He literally walks around the
ring holding DUTT up there. Wow. Quite impressive. DANIELS gets a cover for
two as we go to commercial.

WEW has more HO MANIA. I wonder how many of these WEW ads were originally
ads for MLW KING OF KINGS 2003 in ORLANDO, which isn't happening now (well,
    apparently)...

MLW.Com Promo with STYLES. Old one again. Yippee.

Back from Commercial and DANIELS is jawing with fans from the ring to the
floor. Yes, if you're keeping score we did have an interruption despite
being told we'd be uninterrupted leading to the main event. That is, unless
the original taping that STYLES get interrupted in the booth for shills for
the upcoming show--- one can really not say. DANIELS puts boots to DUTT.
Then a shot as DUTT tries to get up. Whip by DANIELS. DUTT ducks a
clothesline, then gets a hurricanrana for two. STYLES puts over DANIELS
almost becoming the spiritual leader of the LEGION OF LOST SOULS with THE
SINISTER MINISTER missing. I swear, STYLES called the 'rana reverse victory
roll. He's on crack. DANIELS gets a single leg then boots DUTT in the face
on the mat. Boots. DANIELS jaws to the crowd. Scoop slam. Slingshot seated
springboard moonsault splash by DANIELS from the top ring rope gets two.
STYLES puts over how the cover was nonchalant and DANIELS didn't hook the
leg. Back up, DANIELS takes DUTT to the corner. DANIELS then cross corner
whips DUTT and DUTT hits the corner face first and falls down. DANIELS does
it again and gets two. STYLES puts over that DANIELS should have learned
from the mistake of JERRY LYNN with EDDIE COLON in the first round. Whip by
DANIELS into a tilt-a-wirl back breaker. DANIELS poses. STYLES puts over
how much is at stake and how DANIELS is showboating too much. Whip by
DANIELS, tries another tilt-a-wirl but DUTT works this into his weird arm
bar/adbominal stretch/head scissors move. DANIELS gets to the ropes and
dumps DUTT to the floor. WHIPWRECK casually walks over to DUTT then nails
him in the knee with the ring bell hammer. WHIPWRECK then rolls DUTT back
into the ring. Straight right hand by DANIELS to the head of DUTT. DANIELS
covers DUTT with one knee, but only gets two. Right again by DANIELS as
STYLES informs us that he's done being impartial. DANIELS with the knee
cover again for two. STYLES says nothing would make him happier right now
than to see DUTT beat DANIELS. DANIELS jaws with the referee and DUTT gets
a roll-up for two. DANIELS kills DUTT with a clothesline and only gets two,
despite hooking the leg this time. Powerful looking release Uranagi by
DANIELS. Double jump slingshot springboard moonsault from the top gets
two. DANIELS starts to get upset. About this time, STYLES should start
putting over DUTT as never giving up, but he's too busy putting over
DANIELS' heel schtick. Whip. DUTT ducks a clothesline, then a back elbow,
then polishes DANIELS with a springboard back elbow. Double knock down
spot, then they exchange rights. DUTT whips DANIELS and gets a kick to the
shin. DUTT hits a big boot (Yakuza kick says STYLES) to DANIELS' face as
he's bent over. Face buster by DUTT, then leaping neck breaker for two.
STYLES called the face buster a DDT to the knee... well, I guess that
works-- but seriously. DANIELS rolls to the floor. DUTT slingshots to the
top ring rope in ring one from the apron, springs to the rope nearest to
ring #2, then the first rope in ring #2, then the outer rope in ring #2,
then hits a somersault plancha from the there to the floor on DANIELS. DUTT
rolls DANIELS back into ring #2. DUTT climbs to the top and misses a big
splash. DUTT sells that he landed on his knee. Clothesline with a back heel
trip by DANIELS gets two. Arm wringer into a belly to back sit-out
powerbomb by DANIELS gets two. STYLES finally gets into the "DANIELS is
getting serious because this kid is the real deal" mode. Suplex attempt by
DANIELS, but DUTT goes up and over into a waist lock. DANIELS runs to the
ropes and shoves DUTT off. DANIELS gets a sunset flip for two. DUTT kicks
away and rolls into a double leg for two. DANIELS tucks DUTTs head and
reverses for two. DUTT kicks over onto DANIELS for two. DANIELS shoves DUTT
off, then kicks the leg of DUTT, which DUTT sells like he's be shot. Now,
remember this as DANIELS cross corer whips DUTT and he leaps up the
turnbuckles and hits a hurricanrana from the top on DANIELS. Urgh. DUTT
makes the cover, but WHIPWRECK is on the apron, distracting the referee.
DUTT knocks WHIPWRECK off the apron, then slingshot cross body blocks
(pescados) WHIPWRECK from the ring to the floor. DUTT gets back in the
apron, then off, then back on. Neck snap by DUTT, then a corkscrew
moonsault splash from the top for the pinfall in 11:01 TV Time to win the
MLW GLOBAL JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP. The move he finished with is
the HINDU PRESS. WHIPWRECK tried to make the save, but didn't make it in
time. DUTT celebrates to close the show with the MLW JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHT
CHAMPIONSHIP. He dances and sells his back.

MATCH #3: MLW J-Cup USA Global Junior Heavyweight Championship Tournament:
Round III; Match #7: Sonjay Dutt d. "Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels with
Mikey Whipwreck by Pinfall (11:01 TV Time) after "The Hindu Press"
corkscrew moonsault splash from the top turnbuckle. New Champion.

Grade: B-. The first match wasn't bad for what it was, but was wasteful of
the time it was given. The second match was a gigantic cluster, but that
was a given. The main event was quite nice, but wasn't the best match of
the tournament, but was quite good. It appears that this is the last
episode of MLW UNDERGROUND for a while, however this show didn't do any job
of noting that. SUNSHINE NETWORK has removed the show from the schedule
next week, although it lists the show for 11/24/03 (which would be the
MONDAY after the scheduled date for MLW KING OF KINGS 2003 which is
scheduled for 11/21/03. Whether that happens or not, is anyone's guess. If
MLW returns, I'll be watching for it's tv. It was fun while it lasted, but
at this point I'm used to fun little promotions having their TV ending.
Decent effort by MLW this week, but not their best to go out with.

Best Match: DANIELS v. DUTT blew away everything else on this show. Two
    different worlds.

Worst Match: Wow, that SAMOAN ISLAND TRIBE brawl was pretty bad.

On the plus side, the MLW report has allowed me to begin doing reports for
IWA TOTAL IMPACT and TNA XPLOSION--- also available on this great website.
Keep up with my reports here and I welcome any and all feedback at
    mrnewz@newzbytes.org --- I know I'm not doing everything right, so ---
WRITE! Anyways, until next time... (or this weekend for IWA/Xplosion
    reports)...
