Nunzio vs. Billy Kidman
Billy Kidman gets a nice ovation from the crowd during his entrance. He starts off fast with a few hiptosses and a hurricanrana, but Nunzio dumps him over the top rope and slows things down with some brawling and ground submissions. Kidman tries a spinning leg scissors counter in the corner, but Nunzio pulls him off the ropes and drops him face first into the mat. Mr. Torrie Wilson hits a high dropkick out of nowhere and both men are down. Billy gets the momentum going in his favor with a really high back body drop and his patented Death Valley neckbreaker over his knee. Power moves are exchanged with Kidman hitting a reverse BK Bomb and Nunzio hitting a clothesline off the ropes and a DDT. Insuguri by Kidman followed by a Shooting Star Press and it’s all over.
Winner by pinfall: Billy Kidman
Flashback to Smackdown
They show Eddie Guerrero’s two matches from Thursday night. Uncle Eddie got beat on by just about every heel on the Smackdown roster but still managed to successfully defend his titles.
Crowbar vs. Sean O’Haire
The wrestlers exchange some grappling moves and counters in the early going. Both guys lay on a few woo chops and then Crowbar runs into a clothesline. O’Haire counters a suplex into an armbar faceplant and then starts bending Crowbar’s fingers. After a few more minutes of punching and arm twisting, O’Haire wins it with his finisher.
Winner by pinfall: Sean O’Haire
Ultimo Dragon and Funaki vs. Joey Mathews and Jason Porcaro
Funaki hits a few armdrags on Porcaro and tags in Dragon. Mathews enters the match and a bitchslapping contest breaks out between him and Dragon. Ultimo takes him down with a leg sweep and Funaki tags in and hits a low dropkick. The heels take control and beat on Smackdown’s #1 announcer for awhile. Funaki ducks a charge in the corner, hits a bulldog and makes the hot tag to Ultimo who promptly cleans house with all sorts of springboard moves and chops. Funaki takes out Mathews with a plancha to the outside and Dragon hits his flip over reverse DDT for the win.
Winners by pinfall: Ultimo Dragon and Funaki
Flashback to Smackdown
We see the PPV main event build-up begin as Undertaker and Brock Lesnar have it out in the ring.
Rhyno vs. Orlando Jordan
Orlando takes control by throwing Rhyno over the top rope, hitting a baseball slide and then a high cross body. Rhyno catches him with a brutal spinebuster and clothesline as the pace slows down. The manbeast continues to maul Jordan with brawling moves but misses a gore. Orlando fights back with a few Flying Burritos and a powerslam, but walks right into a clothesline. Rhyno finishes it with a gore that sends Jordan flipping head over heels.
Winner by pinfall: Rhyno
