  • The arena was pretty full except for the Sections up in the 300's and 400's. Great show. There are the match results, though the order may not be 100% correct

We start off by Stephanie coming out ever so cheerfully. After a minute of happy chit-chat about the main event tonight, Vince's music hits and he comes out to the ring accompanied by Sable. He demands that Stephanie quits, but she says she will never quit. Vince says he knows how to make her quit, and The Big Slows music hits. He makes his way to the ring, and attempts to hurt Steph. Out comes Benoit.

Match #1: Chris Benoit def. The Big Slow
Pretty much a squash. Slow dominates Benoit almost the whole time, but Benoit manages to pull out the win and run off before Slow comes to beat his ass. Not a very long match.

Match #2: Matt Hardy and Shannon Moore def. Spanky and Paul London
Great match. Lots of offense from both teams. Brutal move from London to Matt Hardy. Dropkicks, top rope leaps, the works. Many near falls. Matt Hardy and Shannon Moore win. (Using the Twist of Fate I believe, though not certain.) Again not a very long match.

    Match #3: Funaki def. Nunzio
Pretty boring match that the crowd was not into. Nothing signifigant to add. Why haven't the FBI disbanded yet? They suck.

Match #4: Ultimo Dragon & Jamie Noble def. The Bashams
Ultimo out to a huge pop. What an odd team, eh? Not many spectular moves by Ultimo, but then again the Bashams aren't exactly the smallest guys.. No Shaniqua or Nidia. Good match though, very lively.

Match #5 : AssTrain sqaushed Orlando Jordan
If you've seen A-trains Velocity matches, you know what happened. Jordan gets little offense and Train picks up the win... *Yawn.*

Match #6: Rey Mysterio def. Tajiri
Awesome, television quality match. Tajiri used the Tarantula twice, with no effect. Mysterio missed the first 619, but made up for it later. It's great the see the West Coast Pop in person too. After a heated match, Mysterio pins Tajiri to retain the Cruiserweight Title. After the match, Tajiri spits the Green Mist into the face of Rey and leaves.

10 minute intermission I believe... Plugged Wrestlemainia 20, a house show in White Plains, and upcoming Smackdown taping in The Meadowlands the whole time.

Match #7: Charlie Haas def. Billy Kidman
Charlie comes out and trashes New York. Says that Shelton's knee surgery went well and that he'd be back in no time, and that we'd see why they are the Word's Greatest Tag Team...

Kidman comes out and the match begins. Pretty two-sided battle with each man dominatating throughout different parts of the match. Billy goes for the Shooting Star Press, but Charlie rolls out of the way and gets a quick pin. I must admit, it was a quick-paced, good quality match.

Match # 8: Eddie Guererro def. John Cena and Rhyno
Triple Threat Match for the US Title. Rhyno comes out to a good pop. Next comes Cena, with a mixed reaction from the crowd. He gets on the mic and says that we don't deserve a freestyle. :P Finally the champ comes out, to a thunderous New York City pop. The match begins with Eddie beating on Rhyno, and then Cena beating on Eddie. Great match with many near falls. Eddie goes for the Frog Splash and nails Rhyno, but Cena is quick to make the save. After some more brawling, Eddie hits the Frog Splash on Cena and keeps the gold. After the match, Cena is pissed off and freestyles about everything that could possibly suck about New York. Guess who coems out??? TAZZ!!!!!!!! The Garden goes nuts. A little bit of offense on Cena and Tazz is done... Kick ass!

Tiny Teddie Contest: Torrie def. Sable and Dawn Marie
The MC of the contest was Funaki... What a trip! Gotta love him! Two guys from KTU were there as well. The object of the contest was to get Speedy his mojo back... *Rolls eyes.* Out comes Sable, who takes the mic and acts like the bitch she is. The radio guy calls her nasty, and she says,"That better be in a good way" he assures her that its in the best way possible. Next is Dawn Marie, the Jersey Girl, wearing a little blueish green outfit. Last but not least is everyone's favorite Playboy bunnie, Torrie Wilson, who gets the biggest repsonse out of all of them. The DJ tells them that they will each have to do a dance for Speedy, and the one with the biggest crowd reaction wins. Sable is first, not drawing many cheers. I wonder why... She was wearing a black bikini top and.. Lets just say very small, tight black bottoms... Yes. Second up was Dawn Marie, who stripped down to a light blueish green bikini top and a small matching thong... Got a pretty big reaction. Last of course was Torrie, with a pink bikini top and thong on. Torrie wins of course, but not by much. I'm not into the divas much, being a girl and all but I think that Dawn was the best looking of the three to be honest.

Last match: Brock Lesnar def. Undertaker in a Cage Match
If you've never seen a steel cage assembled before a match before, you'd be in for a surprise. The cage was assembled poorly, and the top rail wasn't even put on. First out was Brock, with a mixed reaction. Then comes Taker, to a huge pop. Before he gets in the ring he shakes the cage. Sturdy, right Taker? Hah. The whole damn thing almost collapsed. The match gets underway. Many punches and stomps. Some old school Undertaker. Vince was suppsoed to be ringside with Brock, and though he said in the beginnign that Brock didn't need him, when Taker was about to climb out of the cage, Vince comes out and pushes him back in. Many times when both men almost escape the cage. Bit of a slow match, but good nonetheless. Brock wins by climbing out of the cage. Vince seems pissed off at the end and gets into the cage with Taker and shuts the door. They fight a little and leave...

Great show, can't wait until Wrestlemania 20! Too bad O'Haire wasn't there.

  • The show started out with an appearance by Stephanie McMahon. After a minute of her hyping the show, Vince and Sable came out. Vince ended up calling out the Big Show to have him take out Stephanie. As he was about to chokeslam her, Benoit came running out to make the save. Benoit and Big Show's match began and was over within a few minutes with Benoit getting the Big Show to tap out to the crippler crossface.

Matt Hardy and Shannon Moore defeated Spanky and Paul London when Hardy hit the twist of fate on London.

A-Train defeated Orlando Jordan in a rather boring match.

The odd combination of Jamie Noble and Ultimo Dragon lost their match against the Basham Brothers. The Bashams are way too green and as a result, Noble and Ultimo carried the entire match.

Funaki defeated Nunzio in a short entertaining match.

In the Tiny Teddy Contest, Torrie was able to outperform Dawn Marie and Sable in a little dance in their lingerie.

Since Shelton Benjamin is out for a while with an injury, Charlie Haas had a great singles match against Billy Kidman. Haas gained the victory after Kidman missed the shooting star press.

Now for the title matches, in a five-star match Rey Mysterio edged out Tajiri in a thrilling match. High spots aplenty, this match was a treat.

Eddie Guerrero retained his U.S. Title in a triple threat match against John Cena and Rhyno. Afterwards, Cena was upset about losing and decided to get on the mic and express his dislike to the New York fans. Tazz took exception to these comments, came out to a great pop, and put Cena in the Tazzmission.

In the main event, the newly crowned champion Brock Lesnar defended his title against the Undertaker in a cage match. Thanks to the help of Mr. McMahon, Lesnar was barely able to escape the cage before the Undertaker could reach the floor.

Overall, the show had a lot of high quality matches and as always, the New York fans were into each and every match. Attendance was pretty low, only about 10,000 people there. But either way, a great show through and through.

  • Just got back from the Smackdown! brand house show as it was 1/3 full. The show was Lots of empty seats as the June Raw was a sellout and the Smackdown a day after was a near sell out. More than just the top sections were empty but it was an excellent crowd & show nonetheless. I had seats in the fourth row.....for some time but more on that later. Tony Chimmel welcomes us & introduces a special guest..Stephany McMahon who was looking hot. She welcomes us and starts talking about how Vince is out to make sure she is gone as the GM of Smackdown & wants to have Sable replace her.

Vince comes out with Sable who looked even better than Steph. Vince mentioned how Smackdown would be better off without her and he has someone who can remove her right now. Big Show comes out and has Stephany in a corner, he grabs her by the throat when Chris Benoit's music blares through the arena. He slides through the bottom rope and saves Stephany. Stephany kicks Big Show where it hurts and the match starts. Pretty good match that ends with Benoit making the Big show tap out via the Crossface. After the match Tony Chimmel tries fixing the turnbuckle as the it came loose he couldn't so Dave Hebner A REFEREE fixed it. The WWE can't afford ring crew's anymore? This is two houseshow's in a row where I saw Chimmel either trying to fix or actually fixing the turnbuckle.

Spanky & Paul London fought Matt Hardy and Shannon Moore. Crowd was behind Hardy & Moore. People didn't take too kindly to the duo as Spanky sucks chants were heard throughout the match. Paul London looked pretty impressive. Matt Hardy & Moore won the match with the twist of fate. We want Jeff chant starts up. An OK match but nothing spectacular. Next was Funaki against Nunzio. Good match but no crowd reaction for Funaki. Crowd was all over Nunzio. Funaki got the win via pinfall.

Me & my friend had to change our seats because some security guy kept hassling us even though we were in out proper seats. We had a limited view as you'd expect. Bashams(BORINGS)take on Ultimo Dragon & Jamie Noble. This match was just plain boring. I don't know why the Bashams are even in WWE. In OVW they were great but here UGH. Lots of BORING chants. Bashams won with a botched atomic drop from the top turnbuckle that saw Danny Basham get stuck in the rope with Doug placing Danny's foot onto the second rope as it was stuck then he executed the move 15 seconds later. Very poor & BORING match.

The HAIR TRAIN took on Orlando Jordan. More boring chants. AWFUL match which saw HAIR Train win via the derailer. Why was this booked? Tony Chimmel comes in with the T-shirt shooter accompanied by a VERY SEXY woman wearing the new Wrestlemania XX shirt. She takes it off and reveals a G-string and top. Crowd goes nuts. T-shirt guy doesn't get booed for once being there was some T&A in the ring. Time for out first ten minute intermission.

Back from break and we get Tajiri Vs Rey Mysterio for the Cruiserweight title. If this is any indication of a match set for No Mercy we are in for a treat. Lots of great spots. Mysterio was nearly dominated by Tajiri. Lots of great spots but too short as Mysterio goes from being dominated to the 619 and winning the match. In what had to be the worst match of the night Charlie Haas fought Billy "I need development" Kidman. Haas states he hates us and that Shelton Benjamin's surgery was a success, he'll be back in no time so that TWGTT can go back to doing what they do best. The loudest boring chants for the event. Just as Kidman is about to land the five star splash Haas moves out and rolls up Kidman for the pin.

Triple threat match for the U.S. title between Cena, Rhyno & Guerrero. Cena is 2nd to come out and has his new plastic inflatable hands. He gives four away to the crowd then gives a shoutout to his boy Bumpy Knuckles as for the rest of New York City he said we don't deserve a freestyle. This big, tall goof in front of us nearly ejaculated when Eddie Guerrero came out. Eddie by far got the loudest pop of the night. Nice match between all three. Crowd went berserk with Eddie chants. Ref gets knocked out as Cena was gored by Rhyno accidentally. Eddie hits the five star splash on Cena, He kicks the ref and shrugs pretty funny. Eddie wins 1,2,3 Afterwards Cena gets up and proceeds to rip on us more. I started a Yankees suck chant as Cena stated he is from Boston & is a Redsox fan. Tazz's music ques and what a reaction.

Cena say's "look it's my main man Tazz but Tazz isn't trying to hear any of Cena's rhetoric. Tazz throws his shades down, goes behind Cena and gives him a Tazzmission. ECW chant starts up, and the crowd marks the whole time. Tazz gives a quick salute and leaves. Cena gets up, brushes himself off and gives us a one finger salute. John Cena did a show on KTU which is a radio station here in the city here are the PICS of him with Johnny the Gumba.http://www.ktu.com/jacor-common/globalphotos.html?eventID=21496&eventsection=morningshow
Funaki is announced as the host of the Mini Teddy challenge. He wants us to welcome Johnny the Gumba and Speedy from KTU. No thanks. Gumba asks if we are ready and gets a good response but say's he can't hear us. Louder pop and the Speedy does his usual "Arriba" start up chant.

At Nassau Coliseum every man on the floor rushed to the front row to get close to takes pictures of the Bikini challenge. Here only 8 or 9 people including myself did that. A real sicko kept trying to get past security so we all had to move back to our seats. It took the crowd out of it. Sable was first and she was looking HOT. Dawn Marie <3 then came out and I started a DAWN Marie chant but no one cared about her even though she was the hottest one. Torrie was in a corner boy did she look OLD. I thought it was someone else. Torrie comes and the crowd goes wild. Speedy then sits in a chair and the participants have to do a tease. Sable was nearly the best but Dawn Marie to me won it. Torrie just looked out of it but she gets the loudest pop. Funaki then tells Sable something which I couldn't hear. Lots of MOVE chants for Johnny Gumba blocking our view. Torrie Wilson wins. Sable attacks Torrie and we have a cat fight. Sable is thrown out & Torrie and Dawn Marie shake hands. Wow I guess you can oversex someone's Father to death and still be friends. Typical WWE forgetfulness.

Time for another ten minute break so that the steel cage could be set up. Man this cage is really lose, shaking everywhere and just held up by Black fittings at the top of the cage. Wrestlemania XX is hyped and we are ready for the main event which is Brock Vs Undertaker for the WWE title. Slow build up but easily match of the night these two have it. Crowd went nuts it was deafening everytime 'Taker went to climb over the cage we thought he would win the title. Undertaker gives Brock the last ride and is about to win when Vince comes in and interferes. Brock & Taker are climbing at the same time over a separate corner of the cage nearly equal when Vince grabs Taker's foot, he gets kicked but gets up and holds Taker's leg long enough to help Brock climb err fall over the top.

After the match Vince is celebrating when he is locked into the cage by Taker. Undertaker throws Vince into the cage four times, Brock gets back in and is met by a highboot. Undertaker is about to chokeslam Vince when Brock gets up, he goes to clothesline Undertaker but misses and Vince receives a big clothesline. Undertaker is pounding on Brock, Vince gets up, runs and slides out of the cage very funny. Leaving Brock by himself. Undertaker salutes the fans as he always does, leaves and Brock is just laying in the ring. He gets up slowly grabbing the ropes. "You tapped out" chant starts. He flips us off and leaves. Great show overall but would've been better had I not had to endure The Bashams match, Haas Vs Kidman, and HAIR Train Vs Orlando Jordan. The security guard ruined everything by making me & my friend move.
