Updates on the conditions of Brock Lesnar & Shelton Benjamin

  • It looks like Brock Lesnar could have some floating cartilage in his knee from the injury he sustained during his match with Kurt Angle over the weekend at a Smackdown-Brand house show. The good news is that Lesnar won't have to miss any in-ring time due to the injury.

  • Unfortunatly, Shelton Benjamin didn't fare as well as Lesnar did. Benjamin is currently set to undergo arthroscopic knee surgery very soon. No word yet on how long he will be out, but this surgery is due to a prior injury that Shelton had and has nothing to do with the one he sustained last night at the Smackdown Tapings. Shelton's partner, Charlie Haas, was knocked a bit silly during the WWE Tag Team Championship match against Los Guerreros last night as well but he was all right soon afterwards and is currently set to take part in some singles action against Billy Kidman at this weekend's Smackdown-Brand house shows.
