WWE News: Final Smackdown Rating, Nathan Jones in a new movie, more

• The final numbers for this week's episode of WWE Smackdown are in. The show did a 3.3 rating with a 6 share, which is down slightly from the usual 3.4 that the show has been doing in recent weeks.

• Despite the fact that Nathan Jones hasn't been seen on WWE TV since after Wrestlemania 19 when they set up an angle were the FBI put Jones out of action, he has still be keeping busy. Jones is currently shooting a fight scene for the new blockbuster movie "Troy" starring Brad Pitt.
  
  
• Scotty 2 Hotty is busy training and working hard down in OVW for his return to the WWE. He worked a few Raw-Brand house shows the previous weekend and continues to train and get back into in-ring shape while the creative team tries to come up with something for his WWE TV return.
  
  
• The 4th member of Evolution, Dave Batista, is scheduled to return to action sometime in October. Batista has been out of action since he suffered two consecutive tricep tears. No word yet on if he will be placed back into Evolution upon his return.
  
  
• William Regal continues to sit on the sidelines as he has not be cleared by his doctors to return to action due to a heart condition. At this point, there is no telling when the former WWE Intercontinental & European Champion will make his return to the WWE.
