- Thanks to local advertising, we now known what the main event will be for this week's Smackdown. At the tapings tomorrow night in Detroit, "The Real" Brock Lesnar will take on Zach Gowen in the main event. Vince McMahon will be the special guest referee. While this definitely looks like a repeat of the total squash match that Brock had with Brian "Spanky" Kendrick last week, don't forget that Kurt Angle will be in the house this week and will most likely have some sort of involvement in the outcome of that bout, especially to really build up his WWE Championship rematch with Lesnar at Summerslam.

- It looks like the Goldust/Lance Storm pairing could work out after all, since the two were getting positive reviews for their work over the weekend at Raw-Brand house shows when they teamed up. The Raw side is definatly short of quality tag teams so this could definitely be a big boost for Raw if the pairing goes off as well on TV as it did at the house shows.
- The current plan right now is for OVW superstar Rob Conway to debut tonight on Raw in some capacity.
