I just got back from the Royal Rumble in Boston and here is some quick notes.

Crowd was hot from the get go cheered for everything from announcers came out through the Dudleyz match though there was huge dissapointment there was no tables. The Dawn/Torrie Wilson match killed the crowd and got little to no reaction.

Triple H came out to a huge pop and kept some cheers going for him(He is from New Hampshere and trained in Boston) Steiner had huge heat for him I don't know if it was because he used mostly punches and repeated suplexs early on but he was booed out of the building.

Angle and Benoit was slow getting the crowd involved to begin with but by the time the match was over there was a standing ovation for Benoit, give him the title and not Brock!

Rumble match was what everyone was waiting for and even though I just read they shortened the entry time I personally didn't notice any real difference.

I didn't catch to much of the ended because I left to try to get out early(fat chance) but after Taker left Brock celabrated in the ring and I heard his music until I was out of the building.

    Biggest Pops:
Chris Benoit after the WWE title match
    Anytime HBK was shown
    Undertaker
Brock Lesnar when he first came out
    Dudleyz winning the belt
    Triple H(go figure)

    Most heat:
Scott Steiner (once again go figure)
Rock photo on Sunday night heat when he was doing that special after the Rumble followed by Rocky sucks chants.
    Chris Jericho elimenating HBK early
    Regal and Storm
