WWE House Show Results from Syracuse, NY- 6/29/03

    Just got back from a RAW brand House Show in Syracuse and this is how it went.

    Scott Steiner w/ Stacy Kieble vs Test
    WOW, Stacy is HOT!! Acually an ok match from these two, the crowd loved Steiner. Steiner got a 2 count with the Reverse DDT, then Test got a 2 count with the pumphandle slam. Test misses a big boot and Steiner hits the Flatliner-type move for the win. After match, Steiner runs off all his catchprases.

    Steven Richards vs Spike Dudley
    Yes! I was happy to see Richards, and he really played to the crowd. Spike wins it with a dudley dog. :(

    Maven & Garrison Cade vs Randy Orton & Mark Jindrak
    Jindrak is a big guy, and before the match he talked about how he wants to join evolution. Randy puts Cade in the longest headlock i've seen, but the match picks up after Maven is in. Orton wins with the diamond cutter on Maven.

    Christian vs Goldust - IC Title
    Good match with the crowd clearly behind Goldust. There were some peeps in the crowd(including me) but everyone else hated Christian. Christian wins with a roll-up and the ropes for help.

    High-Lite Reel with Chris Jericho and Trish Status
    Jericho says he hears all the diva whispering about Jericho, and how hot he is. Trish says they're wispering all right, but about how Jericho has the smallest weiner in the WWE. And instead of Vitimin C, Jericho has Vitimin Wee. Jericho then says that he cant wait till Victoria kicks her ass. Victoria then comes down and does just that till Gail Kim takes Victoria out. Molly then comes down and takes Kim out, then Ivory does the same to Molly. Segment ends with all three face girls standing in the ring.

    Dudley Boyz vs La Resistance - Tag Team Titles
    Match of the night. Dudley boyz were super-over and the French team got boos a lot. Back and forth stuff till Greiner saves Dupre from the 3D and hit their double spinebuster on D-Von for the win. After match, the french get a table and set it up until Spike runs down and gives both french dudley dogs. Then the dudleys 3D Dupre, but either the table didn't break or they missed the table(couldn't see that well) because the table was still in one peice. Bubba then powerbombs one of them through the table off the second rope. They then bring in a kid and give him a table peice. Crowd loves it.

    Hurricane & Val Venis vs Rosey & Rodney Mack w/ Theodore Long and Nowinski
    Long says that Nowinski has the night off and Rosey will wrestle in his place. Good match with Hurricane giving Rosey his version of the shinning wizard then Venis hits the Money Shot for the win. After match, Val and Hurricane make the ref do Val's taunt and he is really bad. Venis then gives a towel and a kiss to a girl that was sitting next to me and Hurricane gives a plastic mask to a little kid.

    Tommy Dreamer vs Rico w/ Jackie
    Funny match with Rico doing lots of Gay things like feeling Tommy's and the ref's ass. Dreamer does a cool spot where he first smashes a plastic cup full of soda on Rico, then sprays some beer into his face, Tajiri style! Dreamer wins with a death valley driver.

    Triple H vs Rob Van Dam
    HHH says that Kane wont be here, and he doesn't have an opponent for the night. RVD's music hits and he says he'll face HHH. Lots of "We Want Kane" chants. Match was good. RVD hits the 5 star frog splash but Orton comes and pulls the ref out. Kane then comes down and looks like he will chokeslam Randy, but he chokeslams RVD instead. HHH get the 3 count and leaves. Kane looks like he was gonna hit RVD again but Hurricane, Val, and Maven come down to stop him. Kane chokeslams all 3 of them, then chokeslams RVD and leaves. End of the show.

    Arena was about 5/8 full, with most of the upper seating empty.
