Bret Hart Interview: Update on WWE return, Screwjob, Austin/Angle, more

- Bret Hart appeared on the "No Holds Barred" radio show (not the one from New York that frequently sends in interviews to LordsOfPain.net) in Winnipeg the night of Bad Blood. Here are some notes from the interview:
- Bret confirms that he really did hit Vince McMahon backstage after the screwjob. He also notes that the "you screwed Bret" chants make him feel very good about himself.
- Bret is up for doing a farewell speech in WWE, but has some fear about how ratings would be affected by the speech. He also notes that if he got a standing ovation while doing the speech in a venue like MSG, he might lose it emotionally. What he does confirm, however, is that he'd never return to WWE as a full-time employee, on-screen or off because it would be totally hypocritical.
- His favorite matches were the WMX3 match against Steve Austin, the famous ironman match with Shawn Michaels, and the match with British Bulldog at Wembley.
- Bret puts over some of the Canadian workers (Jericho, Storm, Benoit) as well as Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar.
- Going into Bad Blood, he was most looking forward to Goldberg vs. Jericho.
