Smackdown overnight rating, Confidential, Kurt Angle's return, and more

Smackdown did a 4.1 in the overnight ratings market. It's the usual for Smackdown, and last night, they were against 2 professional sports playoff games, although it was also against repeats of network television shows.

Confidential on Saturday night will be about the 1994 Steroid Trial, which saw Vince McMahon escape a conviction for distribution of steroids to his wrestlers back in the early 1990's.

The WWE has signed Horshu to a developmental deal. Horshu was a WCW powerplant wrestler, who appeared on World Wide and Saturday Night only. He was a tall and nicely built wrestler, with a shape of a horse shoe shaved on top of his head. He seems to be wrestling in UPW lately, and here is his profile: Click Here.

Every indicating factor shows that Kurt Angle will return as a babyface, next week on Smackdown in Anaheim, CA. There was indication that Angle would return as a heel to rival Brock Lesnar again, but who knows? Team Angle are still heels and appear to not be changing soon, so take the Kurt Angle heel/face return rumors with a grain of salt.
