Kurt Angle & Edge to help council wrestlers, Vince upset with Big Show, more

- While Kurt Angle & Edge are out on the sidelines with neck injuries, the talk going around is that they will help council other superstars on their matches and help younger wrestlers plan moves out. Both Angle & Edge are generally viewed as veterans and backstage leaders. This should help keep Edge connected to the wrestling world while healing up from his injury, and Kurt Angle is expected back in two weeks.
- It looks like The Big Show didn't do himself any favors at Backlash when he didn't help to protect Rey Mysterio during the stretcher shot to the ringpost after their match. Show let Mysterio drop face first on the ground instead of leaning the stretcher against the post. Vince was said to be furious with Show and even refused to speak with him afterwards. Big Show did apologize for being reckless and not protecting Mysterio like he should have.

- Last night, Sean "Syxx-Pac" Waltman was supposed to make his return to the NWA-TNA and do a run in during the Sandman/Siaki match. However, Waltman missed his flight to Nashville and wasn't at the show. There is no word yet on if NWA-TNA officals are planning to use Waltman on next week's show.
