Raw last night did a 3.6 cable rating. Hour one did a 3.5 and hour two did a 3.8. Last week's Raw rating was a 4.4. SledgeHammerOfJustice.com has posted an audio interview with Bret Hart. It was merely a suprise for Flair to make up for WWE not doing nothing with him at Judgment Day. There are plans for Flair but last night's appreciation will have no impact on storylines.
