    Heat/Dark Matches

Tommy Dreamer d. Jobber via DDT.

David Flair/Maven d. Horse Shoe/Jobber via Missle Drop Kick from Maven.

    Jaqueline/Ivory d. Jazz/Molly Holly via Roll-Up.

Hurricane d. Chris Nowinski via Roll-Up.

La Resistance Promo during Lillian’s National Anthem.

After the camera stopped rolling, it looked as if everyone was heading to the back. Triple H made his way back. Nash and Flair where in the ring when HBK’s music hit and he came down to the ring with quiet a few RAW superstars. They all came in the ring and started honoring Ric Flair. Tommy Dreamer and Bubba Dudley put Flair on their shoulders. Austin was handing beers to everyone. After HBK’s music stopped. Stephanie McMahon’s music hit and she came to the ring. Then Shane McMahon’s and finally capping off with Vince McMahon’s music. They all came to the ring and honored Flair. The crowd was confused to what was going on. Finally, Triple H’s music hit and he came to the ring. Triple H completely broke character; put the title belt on Flair, and gave him a hug. The crowd was going crazy, even though we had no idea what was going on. Austin got the mic and said they want a speech because the crowd was chanting speech. The ring cleared and many stars stayed at the top of the ramp as Flair began to talk. Flair talked about how his career started in the Carolinas and went to say that tonight was his last match ever. Flair was really emotional and began to cry. He thanked everyone in the crowd and everyone in the back. Lillian thanked us for coming and goodnight.

I am awaking from the morning following the best
wrestling event I have been too. After attending 4
Fall Brawls, sitting behind JR at Summerslam 2000,
King of the Ring '99, Unforgiven '99, and then
Sunday's Judgment Day... Ric Flair finally lived up to
what every wrestling fan in this region of the country
    has known for years.

Tommy Dreamer defeated, I believe they said an IWA
    guy. Dreamer used a DDT.

Horseshoe & Pat Cusick fell to a terrible David Flair
and off pace Maven. Never seen Horseshoe but Cusick
does about every show in this region, and will be at
    Smackdown tommorow.

    Goldust defeated Nick Denucci.

Jacky and Ivory defeated Molly and Jazz after a double
spot where Jacky tried a victory rolla nd Jazz threw
her down into the STF. After the escape Jacky is able
to roll up Jazz for the quick pin.

Not sure if all the stuff we saw was on Raw but odd
    notes::

Stacy video advertising - Divas Undressed
    Torrie video for the Playboy
Taker video (videos got little pop, except the Lonely
Road of Faith opener), Taker was Adrenaline "Desire"
    video.

Lots of promos - Flair in the mirror, with HBK,
    Austin/Storm, Austin/Nash, Flair/HHH...

After the show ended, I believe with Nash... everyone
knows the deal by now- HBK hit and then Austin with a
run down. People stayed for a sec like hey it ain't
over, and then the lockerroom came down, lets see if I
    can get this right--
Storm, Rico, Richards, Dreamer, Dudleys, Hurrican
(plain clothes-no gimmick), Christian, Ivory, Molly,
JR and King stood at their position, Jericho, Book,
    Rosey, Jamal,

[[There was no David Flair? - WTF, also no: Maven,
Goldberg, Bischoff (who they prolly told to leave
after Mae Young-haha), no Goldie, RVD, Kane... no old
    broads]]

After the stars hit, Stephanie came down with her
production stuff still clipped on the waist, and then
Shane O' Mac does his stuff, and Vince was so funny.
He gets throught eh curtain like he didn't get ready
for the strut, and he takes a kinda hop and into a
really obscene CEO strut like he was inflated. Then
HHH with the strap and he came down, the stars parted
and the crowd knows it is going to be special... HHH
takes the belt like he is gonna hit 'em, and then
spins it and shoves it on his shoulder and hugs Flair.

HHH-Bubba carry Flair around with the strap for a bit.

(Shawn did a lot of taking care of Flair, kept asking
if he was alright, and lots of kind words.)

Speech by Flair:: "I am as honored to walk down that
aisle at 54 as I was at 24, Thank you."

I saw that NoWayOut has the Austin return on DVD, this
could be on a DVD someday the cameras shot everything
on the video wall. Those SC fans, I am from NC, where
nuts. Guys that hadn't been alive 2/3 of Flair's
career with a beer in one hand and telling you to f'n
get up for Ric Flair like he was the dad they never
had. But when it came down to it those fans really
cared less about Goldberg gettin run over or Bad
Blood. I am headed to Smackdown tonight and I expect
it to be like last week - 4 matches at best, but hell
they say we are gonna get some UnderTaker so lets see.

    Ric Flair Appreciation Night

Last night was a special night at the Bilo Center in Greenville. After a
great match by both the Nature Boy and HHH, Nash charges the ring and HHH
runs like a scalded dog towards the back. Stone Cold announces HHH/Nash in
"Stale in a Cell" at Badd Blood. Stone Cold and Trips head to the back while
    Nash checks on Flair.

    " H B K".... the crowd goes NUTS.

The Heartbreak Kid appears at the top of the ramp and signals for most of
the boys (and girls) in the back to come on out. All are clapping and
cheering, the Bilo Center is going apesh*t. They enter the ring and are
helping Flair to his feet and lifting him up like the legend he is. Flair
looks shocked by this, I think he was left out of the plan. More and more
people are coming out of the back to congratulate The Nature Boy on his
fantastic match, here in Flair Country.
    Then a surprise...

"I'm all Grown up... Now and I listen and learn"

Stephanie charges the ring to hug Flair. Wow, isnt she supposed to be at
Smackdown tomorrow? Never thought we'd see her when we came to Raw
    tonight...

    "Here comes tha Moneeeeeeeey"

SHANE-O-MAC jump ropes his way on to the stage and then heads to the ring to
pay his respects... wait for it... wait for it...

"No chance... no chance in Hell, you've got"

Vince, the Mac himself, has shown up to pay tribute to Flair on his first
main event headline match in at least a year.

Stone Cold charges the ring, coolers full of beer for everyone. Flair is
standing in the ring, recieving hugs and handshakes, with tears streaming
    down his face.

    "Its all about the Game"

Nash moves to the corner so as not to break kayfabe, and a the way clears
for HHH to enter the ring. Playing it all the way he stares Flair down, gets
in his face, and then hugs him. He steps back and places the Championship
belt across Nature Boy's shoulder and helps lift Flair up so the crowd can
cheer. The ring starts to clear (Stacey and Trish came running right by
where I was sitting late to the party) and as people head to the back,
Austin grabs a mike and tells Flair he's sure he has something to say.

Flair thanks the fans here in Greenville, Flair country, because hes always
done it for them. He goes on to talk about how he's never had a better time
or worked with better people for a company that respects this business as
much. He said about 6 months ago he was way down, and these guys brought him
back to the point he is now, and his quality of life has never been better.
With tears still flowing he thanks the crowd again (several of the boys have
stopped at the top to watch including Jericho, Nash, HBK, and Tommy
    Dreamer).

Note: This looked like a kliq planned event. Lots of klip members and
younger wrestlers out to pay respect to a legend. Notably missing was
Booker, Goldberg, and most of the WCW wrestlers that I expected to come out,
even David Flair who we had seen wrestle earlier that night with Maven.

    Biggest Pops:

    1) Ric Flair (every single time)
    2) Stone Cold
    3) HBK
    4) Shane O Mac
    5) The Hurricane

    Best Heat:

    1) La Resistance when they interrupted the National anthem
    2) HHH during the Flair/HH match
    3) Peanuthead Long
    4) Christian
    5) Christopher Nowinski

Best Match of the Night: Flair/HHH
Biggest Surprise of the Night: Stephanie and Shane
Shortest match without piped in chants of the Night: Goldberg/Storm
Biggest Letdown of the Night: StoneCold announcing "Stale in a Cell"
Second Biggest Letdown of the Night: The lack of sweet chin music...
