Jeff Peterson Memorial Cup Night #1 May 16, 2003
Crowd: 250
The evening began as Jeff’s friends gathered in the ring. Naphtali, who told the IPW people of the passing of Jeff Peterson back in 2000, gave somber speech and asked for a moment of silence and a 10 bell count. The 16 men chosen to compete for the Peterson Cup were introduced to the crowd.

Naphtali wins with a school boy rollup. Both men gave it their all in this opening match.
B-Boy vs Steve Madison
