Show opens with Tony Schiavone narrating highlights of the action from last
week's show.
Hosts Tony Schiavone and Dirty Dutch Mantell start by running down this
week's card.
DOOM (w/ Theodore R. Long) vs MIKE WHITE & PABLO CRENSHAW.
Simmons went to work on Crenshaw early on before tagging in Reed, who hits a
Flying Shoulder Block off the top rope for the pin.
Fan Scan: Greenwood,SC.
TOMMY RICH & RICKY MORTON vs JIM CORBETT & MIKE SAMPLE.
As the match gets underway we get a promo from the Freebirds who say that
they have some unfinished buisness with Rich & Morton. Sting joined in on
the commentary during the match. Morton pinned Sample with a Cross Body press
for the pinfall.
The Scorpian played more mindgames on Sting. A man in a mask (not the
scorpian) runs out and attcks Sting, when Sting pulls of his mask the person
runs backstage.
Wrestling Wrap Up with Gordon Solie: This weeks edition brings us the
history of Stan Hansen vs Lex Luger.
BIG CAT vs KEITH HART
Hughes puts Hart away with a Torture Rack IN THIS SQUASH MATCH.
Sid cuts a promo about how he should be world champion and about how he is
getting frustrated.
Z-MAN vs RIP ROGERS
Rip got the advantage early on in this match before Z-Man used some neat
drop-kicks before scoring the pin with a Cross Body off the top rope.
THE STEINERS vs MOONDOG REX & BUDDY LANDELL
At the end of this matchup Landell kept the ref occupied whilst Moondog Rex
goes for his bone. Just as he's about to hit Rick with it, Scott grabs the
bone and smashes Rex instead. Rick covered Moondog and collected the
victory. After the match Moondog Rex & Buddy Landell protest the decision. We
go to a commercial break. Landell and Rex are still disputing the outcome
of the match. The ref sticks with his decision and the Steiners are still
winners of the tag team bout.
FABULOUS FREEBIRDS (w/ Little Richard Marley) vs JOHNNY B. GOOD & TODD
BREWER
Garvin and Good started out, Garvin hits a Back Suplex where Good landed hard
on the back of his neck. The end came when The Freebirds hit a doule DDT on
Good and Brewer.
Fan Scan: Rock Hill, SC.
The show ends with Tony interviewing Doom and Teddy Long behind Steel
mesh. They seem to be alluding to a cage match at Starrcade between the
Horsemen and Doom. In actual fact it turned out to be a Streetfight.
